Had several free oil changes, employee couldn’t find any in system yet I’ve never used one. The absolute worst service dept. My vehicle was towed to Ramsey Infiniti in NJ, as a result of a flood. My engine was hydro-locked, and insurance company wasn't sure to rebuild or total the vehicle. The service writer and service manager dragged their feet for a month not sending information and pictures in a timely manner, so the ins. adjuster could follow thru with the claim. Their service department just seems very dysfunctional, and the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing! Also, the sales department isn't much better. Wanted a quote for a brand new vehicle, and they quoted us a price on a totally different vehicle, with no follow up. Very unpleasant experience. Use to be a great place years ago, unfortunately not any more! More
