The next day I called 4 times between 9 and 12 trying to get status of suv but told Damien was with a customer. After the fact I found out it was a staff meeting . Bottom line when you send an estimate if you don't hear from a customer in 2 or 3 hours call to follow up . It took over 24 hours for you to receive my approval.
