Very disappointed, took me 4 calls to get in touch with the advisor. When I asked if I was getting a discount he told me I was. Checked the invoice did not see any discount. With what I paid I was eligible the advisor. When I asked if I was getting a discount he told me I was. Checked the invoice did not see any discount. Overall I have many good service visits, but my last was disappointing. The first young man with whom I dealt was very pleasant and professional. He was not there when I picked up the car, and the second pe disappointing. The first young man with whom I dealt was very pleasant and professional. He was not there when I picked up the car, and the second person was a bit arrogant and uninformative. He was also seen not wearing a mask properly, which also occurred with another employee who was literally standing inches from me trying to give papers to a cashier. He could easily have said “Excuse me,” as he approached, but instead he walked practically on top of me with no apparent regard for my presence. I also saw him later remove his mask while he was at his desk chatting with someone. Bizarre. Most troubling was that I had asked for particular attention to be paid to my tire pressure and as I drove off the property I realized I had a flat tire. Not a great moment. More
