The sale on the car was ok however service on the car when it had a problem was a terrible experience never again. They didn’t offer a loner car having me out of a car for weeks nor did they try to help More

Bob, we are very sorry for the experience you had in our Service Department. Our records indicate that your vehicle was here for an auto insurance repair. We explained to you that we do not offer loaners for those type of repairs. We did everything your insurance company asked of us. Unfortunately, how quickly they approve claims are out of our control. Your vehicle being here for two weeks was all due to the insurance company hold up. Once we received the insurance check, we notified you immediately and you picked up your vehicle the same day. We do hope to earn your business in the future. Please reach out if you have any questions.
