Long story short, I called about a used car, made an appointment to view/test drive the vehicle, drove five hours from out of state. While doing the final paper work that morning another salesman sold t appointment to view/test drive the vehicle, drove five hours from out of state. While doing the final paper work that morning another salesman sold the car as I sat there signing paperwork, with no opportunity to counter bid. What a complete and total lack of integrity! I fully appreciate the desire to make a sale but as a would be customer my time and effort should have afforded me first crack at this vehicle. No communication between salesman or sales manager is unacceptable. Sincerely, disgusted in Maryland. More
It was horrible experience. Took them five long houres It was horrible experience. Took them five long houres "to cheat at cards" and try make me sign cloasing papers before they told me price of the vehi It was horrible experience. Took them five long houres "to cheat at cards" and try make me sign cloasing papers before they told me price of the vehicle/monthly payments. Sales person was not that bad but finance manager was the real liar. Bottom line: If you need finance/lease your car go to another dealer, safe yourself some dignity. Ps. I get my car in different place, it's not even Infiniti(I was so upset), transaction went quick and smooth. More
I must say,I came in a little intimidated due to the fact the dealer is in such a prestigous part of NJ. I dealt with a salesman there by the name of Norman, he was very knowledgable and ver polite. After we the dealer is in such a prestigous part of NJ. I dealt with a salesman there by the name of Norman, he was very knowledgable and ver polite. After we couldn't reach an agreement, he brought out his manager JP. At first glance, i see a stocky, young, italian kid coming my way and i looked at my wife and said " here we go". To my surprise,He was so nice and knew so much about the car, I wanted to do business. He was very a smooth talker but genuine, you can tell when someones fake. Bottom line, I took the car at a higher price for the simple fact he was honest about his profit and was so courteous. GOOD JOB RAMSEY! More
Used car dealer is a shark. The person who hired him has to be dishonest as well. I already knew about a car I was looking at, and he told me it was in a collision but not recorded. He told me the mileage to be dishonest as well. I already knew about a car I was looking at, and he told me it was in a collision but not recorded. He told me the mileage and I already knew it to be around 70K and he was telling me it was 18K and jacked up the price from the online price advertised by over 12 grand. Manager confirmed him and stared in my face and smiled when I knew they both were lying because I researched the car before hand. Which meant they were going to rollback the car if I went ahead. Also, refused to let me see the odometer after I questioned its low mileage and told me Oh theres a huge deposit on it. I don't buy from liars, so I walked out. Interesting from an Infiniti dealer. Go some place else. More

This dealer is better than park ave but only by a thin margin. The work quality is poor because i went to get my car serviced and when i got it back pieces from the engine were missing and they didnt repa margin. The work quality is poor because i went to get my car serviced and when i got it back pieces from the engine were missing and they didnt repair my brakes, and rotors after they claimed to. they wont touch the car if they touched it once unless you prove to them what u claim is wrong with the car. aside from the quality of the work, they are friendly. The individuals working at Ramsey Infiniti are the most Focused, Caring, Client Friendly, Satisfaction oriented in the industry. If you do the following that I have listed below you will come away being the most fulfilled service client in the industry today.

1. Call and speak with only Joy @ 201-818-3960 so she may co-ordinate and facilitate your appointment needs on an expeditious and courteous manner and you will be thrilled. If you need a loaner car tell Joy in advance, don't wait till the day of the appointment. The reason this is such a well oiled establishment is everything is scheduled so there are no back-logs.

2. Then go find Ed, the best service writer since the Dead Sea was just sick and tell him what your issues are. He will attend to your issues and if Ed suggests something please listen to him, he is a pro. The "Ramsey I Team" will deliver if you are not being pennywise and pound foolish.

3. If you are waiting, go over and help yourself to the best bagels in town, believe me. They also have this incredible coffee machine that will tickle your tonsils to delight. Watch some TV, chat with the other customers or go upstairs and look at the new models. The "Ramsey I Team" has the most knowledgeable Salespersons we have ever encountered. Yes, it is their job to try to sell you a car but they will do it in a soft manner. If, you just want to look by yourself just say, "Thanks, I am just looking but thanks for your attention".

4. When your car is done in service go around and thank everyone who helped, believe me a pat on the back goes a long way. Tipping is always recognized since "TIPS" means "To Insure Proper Service" however, don't be surprised if all they want is a handshake or a job well done.

5. If you ever encounter a service problem which is rare, but can occur on occasion, which is why they put erasers on pencils, simply tell Ed or Jeff the Service Mgr and we'll bet your issue is resolved as quickly as humanly possible. Jeff runs a tight ship with a friendly atmosphere which is unusual in this business normally. This is probably also present because the Admiral is watching where the ship is going everyday.

My wife I and say "Thank God for the "VD" family, my old school buddy, "Frank M" and the "Ramsey I Team", they can't be beat.

Velcrocaddy
Real Kudos and Praise from real clients
More
