I went to Ramsey Infiniti to lease a car,I had been to I went to Ramsey Infiniti to lease a car,I had been to several dealers before I went to Ramsey. The salesman called to several times to confirm our appointment and though I thought that was different I found it to be very professional. When my wife and arrived they were pleasant and helpful they allowed us to take our time and weigh our options they gave us a very aggressive dealer that beat the other dealers (5)by $45.00 a month. We made a choice and it was to buy the car from the dealer that treated us as customers even before we bought a car. I thought my local dealer would have been more aggressive but they let me leave without trying to match or beat Ramsey. They said Ramsey would try to switch the price on me but the Business Mgr; Sales Mgr; and the salesman were above board. Ramsey is over 1hr from me but I will go there for service because my local dealer said they won't give me a loaner car if I by the car somewhere else. That was a bigggggg mistake I have 2 Infiniti's. Biggggggg mistake!!!!!!!! More

Wow look at the positve reviews all written on the same day. This dealer is very shady. Bought a new G35 from them a while back. Back then I did not do my research and thought I was getting a good deal. Bu day. This dealer is very shady. Bought a new G35 from them a while back. After several attempts to get my car fixed under warranty which they failed miserably I had to go to another dealer to get it properly fixed. Don't waste your time at this place. More

Would not hAVE BOUGHT ANOTHER iNFINITY IF IT WAS NOT FOR kHALID. I was not happy with my previous INfinity because of the breaks. I went in to buy a new car,but did not want to lease,they showed me some Certified pr-owned,they were almost like new,and they treated me special,the receptionest was so sweet,and bernie the sales man was ki showed me some Certified pr-owned,they were almost like new,and they treated me special,the receptionest was so sweet,and bernie the sales man was kind,but he could not get to the payment i was trying to be at,called his sales manger Kaleed and he offered me 2007 Fx35 with 18000 miles on it,certified ,for under what i thought i would be paying,I took the car home but not untill I saw there finance manager who seemed so happy to see me ,made feel good,,,every one at the dealership was so nice,Infiniti or other ,I will onlt buy my cars there,and my wife is going to need one in few months,and i will be going bck to them More
