I called them and was directed to a salesmen who introduced himself as Willy, his charming accented voice impressed me enough to make an appointment to come in the next day resulting, in one of the best car purchasing experiences I've enjoyed in over 40 years of owning cars. Willy introduced me to their Finance Manager Jay who's knowledge of banking demystified the world of finance and his ability to make you comfortable with the responsibility of car ownership was very satisfing. Daniel finished up the paper work and I became the owner of a car that another Dealer suggested that I take an earlier model year. Thank God I did not jump at the first opportunity. I would suggest to anyone that's looking for a car to shop first then try Ramsey Infinity. I highly recommend these guys and look forward to a continued relationship. DR. Dennis Parham More

Matt gave me the best price I found at 4 area dealerships and was completely honest and upfront throughout. I did all my negotiating on the phone and once I showed up to pick up my car I kept waiting for something to change. Whether it was price, terms, etc. That never happened. The only thing that kept me from rating my overall experience as Great was the 2 1/2 to 3 hour pick up. The last day of June was extremely busy for Ramsey Infiniti. That definitely says something about their prices and their service. I got there at 7:30PM and didn't get in my car until 10:30PM. That is something I never experienced at any Lexus or Mercedes dealership. Overall, I will send everyone I know that is interested in an Infiniti Matt's way. PS I always read these and thought that the sales people wrote them when they were slow. I'm not a sales person and I'm not related to Matt! More
When we started car shopping we had a few different models of cars that we were interested in purchasing. We were looking for the best car with the best price. We started negotiating between the Infi models of cars that we were interested in purchasing. We were looking for the best car with the best price. We started negotiating between the Infinity, a Toyota, and a Nisson. We chose the Infinity for multiple reasons. We found that this dealer gave us the best customer service. They really worked to answer our questions and to help us find the right car for our family. We were always greeted as we walked in the door. Many other dealerships made us feel like a number. This salesman , Ralph, made us feel like we were not just buying a new car we were creating a relationship. We could not be happier with the price that we got for the car, the customer servce we received, and most importantly the quality of the Infinity QX56. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who would like the car purchasing experience to be easy, honest, and stress free. More

Absolutely, by far, the most horrible experience! Talk about scam artists!!!! MY family & I have leased 7 Infinities over the past 15 years. The last 2 they leased were from Ramsey, my mothers being 2 mon about scam artists!!!! MY family & I have leased 7 Infinities over the past 15 years. The last 2 they leased were from Ramsey, my mothers being 2 months ago! At first, I spoke with Willie, who was nice, but turned out to a typical car salesman after all. Well after the "you better hurry, because it's the end of the month crap", we finally came to an agreement & got a # that was acceptable. I came in the following day, Wednesday, put a deposit down & planned on picking up the car ton Friday. Thursday rolls around, not one phone call from them discussing a time to come in & finalize the paperwork. I get a call on Friday from Todd (the short one with a Napoleon complex) for them to tell me I had to pay more $ because I was not at TIER 1. He told me that you had to have a credit score of 740 to be considered Tier 1. Well apparently, my score didn't meet Infinities "high standards" so I was told that my payment was going to go up $50 more a month!!! Not to mention during this whole back & forth about it, I caught Willie & Todd in lies a few times. I refused to get taken for an idiot, so I asked for my deposit back! My father a few days later called Freddie (apparently, my dad had a decent experience with him with my moms car), told him what he was willing to pay, asked Freddie if he could do it, Freddie said yes & my dad told him that I would contact him to finalize everything. I called, he explained everything he spoke with my dad about, I gave him my info & we began the process again! To make a long story short, Freddie came back, of course with a higher # and told me that, that was the # my dad & him agreed on which was total crap! He was condescending, he got personal with his comments, he was insulting, just despicable! Oh & I asked about the referral program they advertised. I was told that if you lease a car and refer a friend, you get $500. Freddie said that my mom had 10 referral cards in the owners manual of her car. Well, what do you know, they were no where to be found, how convenient? This was a shortened version of my god awful experience! Turns out, I went to another dealer, got the car for $18 less a month & the down payment was $1000 cheaper.... oh & i was a TIER 1!!!! So my advice, DON'T EVER DEAL WITH RAMSEY INFINITI, ever!!!!!!!!! THE BIGGEST SCAM ARTISTS OUT THERE!!!!!!!! A bunch of greedy, scheming liars!!!!!!!! More
I was shopping for a G37 convertible. They're impossible to find. Whereas, Tomir was correct when he told me that the Infiniti Englewood dealership was lying to me, he lied to me repeatedly also. "There are other salesmen that want to sell this car." One night I went to the dealership, the next morning I called to purchase the car and it was "sold." Of course, I received a call a few days later to gauge my interest but the price had increased. Funny enough, I would have bought the car in spite of his ineptitude (and he always brags about this website) except he chose not to answer my questions: What is the money factor, residual, purchase price, etc. He and this dealership are complete scam artists! To be honest, every Infiniti dealership in the NY tri-state area was a sca artist except for Douglas in Summit, NJ. My review of Englewood is forthcoming. More
I was an Infiniti customer of Engelwood Infiniti ,however they decided I wanted more car than I could afford!! So I went to Ramsey Infinti.Met a salesman Andrew Kurland told him what I was looking for and price range. Mr. Kurland did not judge my age or work status. He spoke to his manager a Mr. Khalid Salem , Mr Salem came to meet me, a very professional man. He asked a few questions. He expressed he was glad I was a returning Infiniti customer and I would receive a returning customer bonus. Engelwood didn't mention that big detail. I told them what I could afford and what I wanted to drive. By the next day I had my new FX35 in the color I wanted and the upgrades I needed. A very smooth transition. My lease on the coupe wasn't up until June 2010 I was on spring break and knowing lease was ending decided to look around as June would come up fast but Mr Kurland and Mr Salem were so accomadating and gave me a great deal I turned in my coupe 2 months earlier. I can't thank Mr Kurland and Mr Salem enough for seeing a college student as a good customer and Ramsey Infiniti for allowing these men to work with me. I am now a Ramsey customer and trying to get my Mom to by an Infiniti!! Thank You Mr Salem and Mr Kurland and Ramsey for hiring such professional men that don't pre judge!!! Sincerely K. Maura More
First off, I researched all the Infiniti Dealership in my area & found that the Ramsey Dealership; although it was the furthest distance from my house, had the Best over all Customer Rating. It is for this very reason I decided to Lease my New Infiniti FX35 from them. I figured that if others had a pleasurable experience odds were I would as well. How truly surprised I was to find that everything I had read about this dealership was in fact true & believe me I put them thru the ringer... I was always pleasant but stood my ground pretty strongly & their kind gentile professional behavior never wavered! I would recommend that if you are interested in not getting hustled & are interested in being treated like an actual human being with money in your pocket to spend that you go directly to Ramsey Infiniti & Specifically ask for Alex Malke! He was attentive, intelligent, ambitious & not bad on the eyes either! This showed me that Sometimes driving a little out of your way, you are able to still find Quality Customer Service! More
Saw a used car on their website that I was interested in and traveled over 1 hour, passing several Infinifi dealerships along the way and it was well worth the trip. Nice looking showroom and they didnt seem to mind my two young kids jumping in and on every car in the showroom (if they did they didn't say anything). They may want to think about making the place a little more kid friendly like a small play area or something. Alex the sales person, was a pleasure to deal with, no pressure at all and so was Dominic the Business Director. Dominic did not use typical pressure tactics to get you to buy the extended warranty and all the other stuff they try to get you to add on. I highly recommend this dealership! More

We were quickly introduced to Tihomir Tenev to show us around. Tihomir inquired about our needs, wants and budget ~ then, we were swiftly guided to this wonderful lineup of Infinity cars. Tihomir knows the Infiniti brand and will tell you exactly what you need to hear. Sounds like a typical salesman? Not…there a difference. I, like so many customers out there are apprehensive about car salesman. This guy you have to trust if he makes a suggestion… Financing was swift and met the wonderful Dominic who closed our transaction. Again, if he offers the extended warranty, assess your situation and make a decision. He’s really not the enemy... Overall, I had an excellent experience with Ramsey Infiniti. They run a tight ship and they treat you like family. More
