Over Labor Day Weekend I visited Ramsey Infiniti. This may be the 5th or 6th car I've leased from them and while I have always had good experiences at Ramsey Infiniti, this was my best. I worked with Willy and the deal was so quick and easy. And, thanks to Willy, the paperwork process, which I sometimes feel overwhelmed with, was simple. Willy was friendly, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. He was very informative and took the time out to make sure I was familiar with all the features of my new car. I had many questions and he patiently answered all of them with thoroughness. He also had the best sense of humor and made me feel very comfortable. I had a wonderful experience at Ramsey Infiniti and would recommend this dealership to everyone. MJS More
I guess I wasn't as lucky as the others that wrote a review and hope that consumers don't use just this site doing research, there are others that tell different stories about this dealership. We bought a used vehicle last July, the sales process went well, the price was reasonable. Freddie, our salesman was delivering the vehicle to our home the next day as a courtesy. When the vehicle arrived we noticed that it was damaged on both the driver and passenger sides,with deep scratches along both doors. He tried to tell us that it was that way since yesterday and it clearly was not. The vehicle was white and this would have been very noticable. Long story short, the vehicle was very damaged due to his negligence, he would not respond to any of our calls and we finally had to get the manager involved who could not deny that Freddie damaged the vehicle in transit to us. They had no choice but to refund us the total amount to avoid a law siut. I found them to be very dishonest, and stay away from Freddie...he will look you straight in the eye and lie.. More
This is the second car I have leased through Ramsey Infiniti. I live 2.5 hours away and went to them the first time specifically for the price. The first time I cold called, told Willy that I was calling multiple dealers and gave him the paramerters that I gave all the dealers and that he had one opportunity. He gave me his best price (I pushed back a little)and it beat the other 4+ dealers. Once we finalized all the numbers, there were no additional costs at the "last Minute." (You just have to say "no" to the Finance guy.) Based on my positive experience of the first purchase, I gave Willy another try when the lease was up. Again they were the most competative and since the transaction was so positive the first time, I went back. No regrets so far. More
My husband and I shopped around for a new car but the service we received at Ramsey Infiniti was exceptional. The dealer we worked with was Alex Malke and he was fantastic. Overall, a fantastic car buying experience! We shopped around many car dealerships before we decided on Infiniti, and not one had a salesperson comparable to Matt. Matt really makes the car buying expe around many car dealerships before we decided on Infiniti, and not one had a salesperson comparable to Matt. Matt really makes the car buying experience "painless", easy, and fun, and no other dealer could beat the price he gave us. He took the time to explain anything we didn't understand and was always patient when we bombarded him with questions. We felt that he knew the car inside and out, and it's important that the sales team know the product they are trying to sell to you. When we were ready to pick up the the car to take it home, he took the time to get into the car with us, point out everything the car had to offer, and even helped us setup and fine tune the gadgets the car had, like the navigation system, bluetooth, memory seating, etc... right in the parking lot. If you are deciding to buy a car, and choose Infiniti, go and ask for Matt (you won't be sorry). I can't really comment on the "quality of work" since we just bought the car and haven't visited the dealership since, but if the service department is as good as the car buying experience we had with Matt, then this dealerships really has it all! I called them and was directed to a salesmen who introduced himself as Willy, his charming accented voice impressed me enough to make an appointment to come in the next day resulting, in one of the best car purchasing experiences I've enjoyed in over 40 years of owning cars. Willy introduced me to their Finance Manager Jay who's knowledge of banking demystified the world of finance and his ability to make you comfortable with the responsibility of car ownership was very satisfing. Daniel finished up the paper work and I became the owner of a car that another Dealer suggested that I take an earlier model year. Thank God I did not jump at the first opportunity. I would suggest to anyone that's looking for a car to shop first then try Ramsey Infinity. I highly recommend these guys and look forward to a continued relationship. DR. Dennis Parham More

Matt gave me the best price I found at 4 area dealerships and was completely honest and upfront throughout. I did all my negotiating on the phone and once I showed up to pick up my car I kept waiting for something to change. Whether it was price, terms, etc. That never happened. The only thing that kept me from rating my overall experience as Great was the 2 1/2 to 3 hour pick up. The last day of June was extremely busy for Ramsey Infiniti. That definitely says something about their prices and their service. I got there at 7:30PM and didn't get in my car until 10:30PM. That is something I never experienced at any Lexus or Mercedes dealership. Overall, I will send everyone I know that is interested in an Infiniti Matt's way. PS I always read these and thought that the sales people wrote them when they were slow. I'm not a sales person and I'm not related to Matt! More
When we started car shopping we had a few different models of cars that we were interested in purchasing. We were looking for the best car with the best price. We started negotiating between the Infinity, a Toyota, and a Nisson. We chose the Infinity for multiple reasons. We found that this dealer gave us the best customer service. They really worked to answer our questions and to help us find the right car for our family. We were always greeted as we walked in the door. Many other dealerships made us feel like a number. This salesman , Ralph, made us feel like we were not just buying a new car we were creating a relationship. We could not be happier with the price that we got for the car, the customer servce we received, and most importantly the quality of the Infinity QX56. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who would like the car purchasing experience to be easy, honest, and stress free. More

Absolutely, by far, the most horrible experience! Talk about scam artists!!!! MY family & I have leased 7 Infinities over the past 15 years. The last 2 they leased were from Ramsey, my mothers being 2 mon about scam artists!!!! MY family & I have leased 7 Infinities over the past 15 years. The last 2 they leased were from Ramsey, my mothers being 2 months ago! At first, I spoke with Willie, who was nice, but turned out to a typical car salesman after all. Well after the "you better hurry, because it's the end of the month crap", we finally came to an agreement & got a # that was acceptable. I came in the following day, Wednesday, put a deposit down & planned on picking up the car ton Friday. Thursday rolls around, not one phone call from them discussing a time to come in & finalize the paperwork. I get a call on Friday from Todd (the short one with a Napoleon complex) for them to tell me I had to pay more $ because I was not at TIER 1. He told me that you had to have a credit score of 740 to be considered Tier 1. Well apparently, my score didn't meet Infinities "high standards" so I was told that my payment was going to go up $50 more a month!!! Not to mention during this whole back & forth about it, I caught Willie & Todd in lies a few times. I refused to get taken for an idiot, so I asked for my deposit back! My father a few days later called Freddie (apparently, my dad had a decent experience with him with my moms car), told him what he was willing to pay, asked Freddie if he could do it, Freddie said yes & my dad told him that I would contact him to finalize everything. I called, he explained everything he spoke with my dad about, I gave him my info & we began the process again! To make a long story short, Freddie came back, of course with a higher # and told me that, that was the # my dad & him agreed on which was total crap! He was condescending, he got personal with his comments, he was insulting, just despicable! Oh & I asked about the referral program they advertised. I was told that if you lease a car and refer a friend, you get $500. Freddie said that my mom had 10 referral cards in the owners manual of her car. Well, what do you know, they were no where to be found, how convenient? This was a shortened version of my god awful experience! Turns out, I went to another dealer, got the car for $18 less a month & the down payment was $1000 cheaper.... oh & i was a TIER 1!!!! So my advice, DON'T EVER DEAL WITH RAMSEY INFINITI, ever!!!!!!!!! THE BIGGEST SCAM ARTISTS OUT THERE!!!!!!!! A bunch of greedy, scheming liars!!!!!!!! More
