TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Had brake service done and had a phone discussion with Chris Fontenot regarding the 10% coupon available online. He agreed to apply it, but mistakenly did not service done and had a phone discussion with Chris Fontenot regarding the 10% coupon available online. He agreed to apply it, but mistakenly did not as the coupon was not presented in person. After numerous calls to both him and his manager regarding crediting my credit card for the $35.00 overcharge, we finally received a call back a few days later. It was Chris Fontenot saying that he discussed it with his boss and they would rather loose our business than refund us $35.00. OK, so be it. If you like dealing with companies that sell $35,000-$60,000 products and then don't even maintain their own promises for nominal amounts of money, don't say you weren't warned. I will take my business elsewhere, and strongly suggest you do, too. Loosing customers over $35.00? Pathetic. With so many good companies lining up to EARN your business, why would you bother dealing with a car dealer who doesn't understand the most basic principle in business: THE CUSTOMER COMES FIRST! On top of that, one of the services that was requested wasn't even done! Looks like I'll be visiting Infiniti of Englewood or Fette Infiniti from now on... More
I found Ramsey Infiniti through Consumer Reports "build and buy" program. I live 120+ miles away and called in and spoke with Bernie Chesney. We had several phone conversations and finalized the purchase of a new G37x with my 2008 Toyota Solara as trade. I told him what other dealers had used as a trade-in value. He sent me the agreed out-the-door pricing in an email. A few days later I decided to purchase the car from them. I spoke with Bernie and gave him a deposit via MasterCard. He emailed me the financial paperwork which we faxed back. This was a Tuesday and we scheduled delivery for Saturday. We drove 2 1/2 hours and met with Bernie. They appraised my Toyota, took the title and started the paperwork. While the paperwork was being processed. Bernie showed us the new car and gave us the orientation. We had programmed in our phones and navigation and more. suddenly he was called back to building. He came back and asked for a copy of his email with pricing. I sent it to him via my phone. After 20 minutes or so the Sales Manager came to us and said there was an error and he could not do the deal. We were angry. He offered to sell us the car for $2500 more. We were very direct during all communications that if they did not honor the deal, we would not travel to their dealership. We left extremely angry and agitated. I plan to call their executive offices on Monday and speak with top management. As far as we are concerned, they breached the legal purchase contract. I will give them one chance to make it right before I start taking legal and complaint actions. ZAG, who operates the Consumer Reports auto buying operation, was notified and agreed that his should not have happened and will be contacting the dealership Monday. I don't blame the salesman, Bernie since the Sales Manager signed off on the deal before we agreed to purchase. Bernie was, in my opinion, honest throughout the process. More
Khalid the GM was super duper nice and friendly. These guys do not beat around the bush. They want to get you in, make you happy and send you out the door. If I buy another Infiniti, you better believe I'm coming back..oh yeah, 1 more thing, I drove 2.5 hours from Philly to get here. They took me through the vehicle, made sure I'm comfortable with everything. Dan in finance was nice too. He worked with me to get the warranty that I want. Only 1 negative is they didn't fill my car with gas because it was used. It was a policy that they said is in place. Not bad though considering the savings I got. By the way, I bought an EX35 and I love it. More

Willy's professionalism and organization is outstanding and makes a very personal experience of leasing a car, which can be stressful, actually an enjoyable one! Even the paperwork was easy to complete since it was all in order, no surprises, and exactly what we discussed. This transaction was done very quickly and I felt completely comfortable that I was in good hands as a customer. In addition, I would like to add, everyone I have dealt with including the service department, sales manager and the finance manager (Jay this time around), makes leasing and driving a fabulous car even more enjoyable. I must say Ramsey Infiniti was by far the nicest dealership I've ever been to. It has a wonderful showroom. I have two small children which Bernie entertained quite well. Also, important to me is the follow up and people returning my calls which was done is Excellent fashion. The sales manager Khalid was a pleasure to deal with. He was very straight forward which I like. If you want great service and a knowlegable and funny definately see Bernie. I love my Infiniti so much!! More
