Ramsey INFINITI

I was pretty disgusted by this dealership! I was at the dealership for about 15 minutes, and was not greeted at all. Keep in mind, I was truly interested in purchasing an Infiniti. We were followed by an o dealership for about 15 minutes, and was not greeted at all. Keep in mind, I was truly interested in purchasing an Infiniti. We were followed by an older white man the entire time my boyfriend and I were there. The man started checking all of the car doors to make sure they were locked. The guy skipped rows while locking cars just to follow our path. I have never experienced such weird behavior. Both, my boyfriend and I felt very uncomfortable. We were most likely judged by our appearance, and it is distasteful for employees of a car dealership to treat people like this. I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I am not sure that I want to purchase an Infiniti anymore if they hire people with that type of mindset. I don't suggest buying or leasing a vehicle from here, but it is your ultimate decision. More

Don't buy anything from these people. I Had an agreement with Joe (internet sales) at Ramsey on a lease price for a G37X. I went there to pick out the car (wasted about 2 hours) with another salesman. When with Joe (internet sales) at Ramsey on a lease price for a G37X. Ed is a customer service representative who is absolutely committed to fixing issues and serving clients. Had some issues with my car and Ed made sure they were corrected and dealt me with me very pro committed to fixing issues and serving clients. Had a very painless/stress free transaction at this Ramsey Infiniti. I used ZAG to negotiate my price and after 2 phone calls the deal was done at the Zag/Amex price. Super deal on a '11 vehicle. Because of the great service I have received over the past few years from Ramsey's service department, I decided to go to them for my new lease. I am extrememly happy I did, Alex Malke got back to me immediately upon my initial request, he was always available to answer questions and had everything organized and ready when picking up the car. I just bought a new 2011 Infiniti from Ramsey. Willy is always available to answer questions, take care of any concerns, and put in extra time to keep his customers satisfied. And I got a really good price. I previously leased an Infiniti and the terrific service experience I have had with Ed in Ramsey service department in past 3 years was factor in my decision. Don't waste your time going there. Worst experience ever. They may speak nice and offer great deal over phone, but they will change it quickly once you visit dealership. Alex Malke was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me the same good deal that he gave to my wife. He said that anytime I needed anything I should just call him. I am always greeted by the friendly receptionist, Anna, who seems to be a people lover. I like the way I am treated at this dealership. AND, I am VERY happy with my car!
