WTF IS THAT, SHOULDNT A PRE-OWNED VEHICLE COME WITH THESE THINGS? ALSO THE F AND I SCUMBAG, TRIED TO BOOST THE INCENTIVE RATE , WHICH DEALERS DO TO TRY TO MAKE " RATE MARKUP ", AFTER LEARNING THAT I KNEW ABOUT THIS, HIS TONE CHANGED, HE'S A REAL SCUMBAG. ALSO THE PLACE CHARGED ME OVER 200 FOR REGISTRATION, WHICH ONLY COSTS 75. THEY FOUND WAYS TO KEEP THAT ALSO. DON'T BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. I was shopping for a G37 sedan and my first stop was Fette Infiniti (since its the closest Infiniti Dealership to me). I got the numbers from Fette that were agreed on but when I stepped into the financ Fette Infiniti (since its the closest Infiniti Dealership to me). They said the price that they quoted me did not include taxes and motor vehicle. I walked out and went right over to Ramsey Infiniti where I was immediately greeted by Matthew. He did a great job going over all of the features, even things that Fette never mentioned to me (example: hard drive to store music, XM and weather/traffic).Matthew was very upfront with me when showing me the numbers and explained everything in detail. When I went into the Finance office I was expecting to hear a different number then what Matthew told me but to my suprise they were nothing like Fette and everything Matthew told me was accurate. Matthew did a great job setting up my phone and navigation. I even received a Thank You card a few days later from Matthew. I would highly recommend Matthew and Ramsey Infiniti. More

I have always leased my cars (5)in all through Willy Ryksen at ramsey infiniti. As a salesmen at the dealership he will always follow through on what he says he will do when it comes to finding the exac Ryksen at ramsey infiniti. I was pretty disgusted by this dealership! I was at the dealership for about 15 minutes, and was not greeted at all. Keep in mind, I was truly interested in purchasing an Infiniti. We were followed by an o dealership for about 15 minutes, and was not greeted at all. Keep in mind, I was truly interested in purchasing an Infiniti. We were followed by an older white man the entire time my boyfriend and I were there. The man started checking all of the car doors to make sure they were locked. The guy skipped rows while locking cars just to follow our path. I have never experienced such weird behavior. Both, my boyfriend and I felt very uncomfortable. We were most likely judged by our appearance, and it is distasteful for employees of a car dealership to treat people like this. I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I am not sure that I want to purchase an Infiniti anymore if they hire people with that type of mindset. I don't suggest buying or leasing a vehicle from here, but it is your ultimate decision. More

Don't buy anything from these people. I Had an agreement with Joe (internet sales) at Ramsey on a lease price for a G37X. Had a very painless/stress free transaction at this Ramsey Infiniti. I used ZAG to negotiate my price and after 2 phone calls the deal was done at the Zag/Amex price. Super deal on a '11 vehicle.
