He first went over the fx35 and showed me all the features, he really knew alot about cars which really impressed me. Then we took it out for a test drive and showed me all the toys in the car which blew my mind between the navigation, camera system and even hooked my phone up to show me how the system worked. When we got back we worked out a good deal and felt I got fair value for my trade. Khalid the sales manager wasn't like your normal manager you could tell he actually cared to put a deal together. From the moment I walked in the door to the end process of it was just a great experience. Next time I buy it will definetely be from them. More

We were in the market for a convertible and after going through the process of narrowing things down decided to go with the Infiniti G37. Our salesman was so knowledgeable about the vehicle from day 1 that we really felt like we knew what we were getting into, both pros and cons. When we decided to go with this model, he and the finance manager worked hard to gain our business and took the time to establish a relationship with us at the same time. Truthfully, we could have gotten the car a little cheaper, but it would not have come with the support and trust that we gained from dealing with everyone at Ramsey Infiniti. To us, the extra piece of mind and time they invested with us made the difference and justified the difference. Now we couldn't be happier with our decision, and know that if we ever have a question, concern, or problem, we can go right to Tihomir or JD (or anyone there I suppose) and they will handle it with the professionalism and diligence that we experienced on each of our visits leading up to the delivery of our vehicle. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family when the time comes for them to investigate new vehicle options. More

I had a horrible experience with this dealer about 2 months ago and it's still haunting me to this day. The day I wanted to purchase my car, I called ahead of time to make sure they still had the two ca months ago and it's still haunting me to this day. The day I wanted to purchase my car, I called ahead of time to make sure they still had the two cars I was interested in. They assured me they were available. After an hour long drive, I was introduced to three different sellers until the final seller told me the fact was they had sold the 2 cars days ago. I finally was able to get a deal on another car after showing how upset I was on how they played around. Then 3 weeks later, I call because I still hadn't received my registration. They gave me an attitude and told me it was waiting for me for a few days at the dealer even though they said the would send it to me as soon as the received it. I received no calls telling me it was there, by the way. Now, my bank wants to charge me to fix an error on the title. I love the car, but regret buying it from this dealer! More

Robert Sfrelaza was my salesman, and I must say I have never dealt with a more helpful, honest, thoughtful and caring car salesman in my life. This car dealership treated us like we were buying one of their high end vehicles. I have bought many cars over the years including a recent Mercedes Benz. I have to say that in my experience, no dealership including Mercedes has come close to the quality of care and attention given to us at Infinity Ramsey. The whole experience from start to finish (including the dreadful financing)was just amazing. The finance guy Jay asked us if we wanted to buy this or that and when we refused some of the offers, he just pleasantly continued with our purchase. Most amazing experience.
