Ramsey INFINITI

I had a horrible experience with this dealer about 2 months ago and it's still haunting me to this day. The day I wanted to purchase my car, I called ahead of time to make sure they still had the two ca months ago and it's still haunting me to this day. The day I wanted to purchase my car, I called ahead of time to make sure they still had the two cars I was interested in. They assured me they were available. After an hour long drive, I was introduced to three different sellers until the final seller told me the fact was they had sold the 2 cars days ago. I finally was able to get a deal on another car after showing how upset I was on how they played around. Then 3 weeks later, I call because I still hadn't received my registration. They gave me an attitude and told me it was waiting for me for a few days at the dealer even though they said the would send it to me as soon as the received it. I received no calls telling me it was there, by the way. Now, my bank wants to charge me to fix an error on the title. I love the car, but regret buying it from this dealer! More

Robert Sfrelaza was my salesman, and I must say I have never dealt with a more helpful, honest, thoughtful and caring car salesman in my life. This car dealership treated us like we were buying one of their high end vehicles. I have bought many cars over the years including a recent Mercedes Benz. I have to say that in my experience, no dealership including Mercedes has come close to the quality of care and attention given to us at Infinity Ramsey. The whole experience from start to finish (including the dreadful financing)was just amazing. The finance guy Jay asked us if we wanted to buy this or that and when we refused some of the offers, he just pleasantly continued with our purchase. Most amazing experience. By far the best experience at a car dealership. The entire staff was polite and knowledgeable about all cars. They listened to my budget/needs and came up with the best car for me. I purchased a used car from the dealership. The sales associate that helped me (Anthony Orrigo) had a tremendous wealth of knowledge about the vehicle I purchased. I also traded a car in and I believe I was given a fair amount for the vehicle. Anthony knew his inventory well, he was able to narrow down the search on what was available. Thus making my experience fast and painless. There was a small glitch with the driver side power seat and Anthony was able to trouble shoot and take care of the problem. With that gesture I feel he went above his duty as a salesman and I was greatly appreciated. My overall experience at Ramsey Infiniti was a pleasant on and would certainly b my first place to go for the next one More
