Robert Sfrelaza was my salesman, and I must say I have never dealt with a more helpful, honest, thoughtful and caring car salesman in my life. I have to say that in my experience, no dealership including Mercedes has come close to the quality of care and attention given to us at Infinity Ramsey. The whole experience from start to finish (including the dreadful financing)was just amazing. The finance guy Jay asked us if we wanted to buy this or that and when we refused some of the offers, he just pleasantly continued with our purchase. Most amazing experience. By far the best experience at a car dealership. The entire staff was polite and knowledgeable about all cars. They listened to my budget/needs and came up with the best car for me. I purchased a used car from the dealership. The sales associate that helped me (Anthony Orrigo) had a tremendous wealth of knowledge about the vehicle I purchased. Thus making my experience fast and painless. There was a small glitch with the driver side power seat and Anthony was able to trouble shoot and take care of the problem. With that gesture I feel he went above his duty as a salesman and I was greatly appreciated.
