I have gave all 5 ratings in each category because this dealership was unlike any other experience I had. I first went there with my family looking to buy and Infiniti and they were pleasant from the minut dealership was unlike any other experience I had. I first went there with my family looking to buy and Infiniti and they were pleasant from the minute I walked in they provided me and my wife with some water. Everybody was so pleasant aside from the fantastic customer service they provided the car was excellent quality it drove brand new and was very clean. At Ramsey infinti I thought I was just buying a car but I got an experience I've never experience at any other car dealership the whole package. Thank you Ramsey and I will always be a believer in the infiniti logo this is my 2nd infinti and it's never let me down. Thanks Bob and everyone else at infiniti. More

I was looking for a new lease, and first shopped around on the internet to see who was offering the best deal. I spoke with Daimah in the internet sales department who took her time to go over the specifi on the internet to see who was offering the best deal. I spoke with Daimah in the internet sales department who took her time to go over the specifics and told me about a special 18month lease program that was currently going on and she promised that they would give me the best price, so I decided to give them a try. Upon entering the dealership I was very satisfied with the attentiveness of the staff, the customer service was outstanding. Previously I had been shopping around for about a month and was able to get the best deal from Ramsey Infiniti. Ralph was my sales person and he was also great and very professional. Everything went very smooth! Overall I was very satisfied with my purchase and I am so happy that I decided to go with this dealership.
