Bob was "The Best" sales person I ever had the pleasure of working with. He was every bit of what a dealership would want in a salesman. The cars are absolutley beautiful but he made the Infiniti experience that much more satisfying. He was polite, gracious, knowledgable and really went above and beyond what you would expect from your average salesman. I had a difficult situation and he worked it out for me. I am now driving a beautiful G25X. The whole purchase went quickly and smoothly. I would absolutely recommend Ramsey Infiniti to friends and family. The car speaks for itself , but the experience of the purchase goes a long way! Everybody is great at Ramsey Infiniti but Bob Helstoski is it's shining star! More

When I went to Ramsey Infiniti I wasn't really too sure if I'll be able to buy a car at all. I didn't know about my credit score and was a little affraid of prices of Infinitis. I got my eyes on a 2009 FX if I'll be able to buy a car at all. I didn't know about my credit score and was a little affraid of prices of Infinitis. I got my eyes on a 2009 FX35 and asked for assistance. I couldn't be happier with Bob Helstoskis help. We test drove the FX while he briefly gave me some info about it. The price to me was great! And they were able to aprove me for a loan too! Bob is a great sales man, tried to make the sale as easy and quick as possible. They gave me three options of finicing to choose from ( which was Great!). The business manager also gave me a great deal on the waranties. And after just couple of hours my Infiniti was ready to go home not only washed and detailed, but they also slapped some new tires on it!! I also had a little chat with Mat Moskal who also works there. All staff is extriemly friendly and helpfull. Definetely an amazing expierience. Ramsey Infiniti will definetly be the only dealer I purchase from in the future and I recomend it to everyone!! More

Christa Cook was my initial contact at Ramsey Infiniti through the internet. I made several appointments which had to be rescheduled because of my mother's illness. However Ms Cook was persistent without being annoying but courteous while I dealt with my mother's illness. Although I missed several appointments she had scheduled without a call from me to reschedule she was never impolite. Finally I decided to visit Ms Cook without even an appointment because of the manner in which she conducted the business at hand. She then introduced me to Mr Matt Moskal who extended the same courteousness in our business transaction. Mr Moskal explained everything in a simple matter-of-fact way without overselling me on the vehicle i wanted to purchase. He is a straight shooter and I appreciated this especially with my vehicle I was trading in,and when I test drive the vehicle I was interested in. He is knowledgeable in the product he is selling and I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received at the dealership from all parties concerned, and especially with the speed in which my transaction was completed. I would certainly recommend Ramsey Infiniti, Mr Matt Moskal and Ms Christa Cook to anyone attempting to purchase a vehicle!!!! More

No pressure salesman solified this deal for us. Matt had the answers right at the tip of his tongue and data to qualify his information. I can't recommend this dealer and salesperson enough . As a young woman, going to buy a new car is something I always dread. From the moment I walked in I felt zero pressure, and walked out with a car that I absolutely LOVE at an incredible price. They took my Nissan lease back early, waived the little bit of damage on it and really made me feel taken care of. I am absolutely thrilled with my new car and look forward to visiting them again when it comes time for service and will without a doubt be referring friends to Ramsey Infiniti.
