I dealt with Willy Ryska and I was buying a car for my son. My son is 18 years old and Ramsey Infiniti was the first dealer we went to. Usually I shop for a weeks before I would buy a car. However, I felt very comfortable with the 2007 Infiniti G35X that WIlly showed us that we were ready to buy. What sealed the deal was the fact that Willy was able to ensure that the car was safe by replacing the tires and brakes prior to purchase. Since the car had 92K miles it was important to me that the car was safe for my son. Willy has restored my faith in car salesman as he was very caring and honest. It was a pleasure dealing with him. On Tuesday October 23rd I was driving my Infiniti JX in the far left lane on Route 17 South when I noticed a small kitten sitting on the concrete barrier that separates the North & Southbound lanes. I couldn't believe my eyes, but I immediately turned around and headed onto Route 17 North. I merged into the left lane and began driving slower as to not pass the endangered kitten. With my hazards on, I approached the kitten( which was less than 8 weeks old) stopped my JX opened the driver door, quickly grabbed the kitten and continued on the highway. As I brought the kitten into my car she jumped out of my hands onto the passenger side floor and crawled up inside the car behind the glove box. After many tries to coax the kitten out of my car, I decided to call my Ramsey Infiniti Sales person, Ralph Keller for guidance. He said no problem bring the car here and we will do our best to get the kitten out. Upon my arrival @ 4:30pm, I was greeted by Ralph, Jim McNally, Jay Debow, Dennis who were amongst several service and sales people that came to our aid. Almost immediately,the techs started on the car and removed my glovebox. A tech went to grab the kitten but she scratched them and moved deeper within the car. It was quite the scene because the dealership had never encountered a situation like this before. These hardworking individuals spent 1 1/2 hours, took apart my entire dashboard, to save this animal. She had managed to make her way from the passenger side all the way to the driver side ending up behind a vent. Because I had to bring my car in for some recall updating I decided to take care of all that while I was already at the dealership. The Service team provided me with a loaner (White QX). Throughout the entire experience I marvelled at the sincerity, dedication, steadfast approach to making sure this problem got solved. The sales and service people involved in thi stayed longer than necessary to help me - not giving up but trying different methods so that this story would have a happy ending, which it did. At 6:20 Dennis emerged with the kitten,named aptly, Infinity. I then took her to the Ramapo Bergen Animal Refuge. She is currently being cared for with a foster family because she is too little to be adopted out. In thinking back on this event, I am so happy that I went directly to my dealer, they knew exactly what to do, how to do it and all with a smile. I applaud these guys! Thank you Ramsey Infiniti! I was back and forth doing internet shopping between Mercedes and Infinit and once I spoke with Daaimah Teal at Ramsey Infiniti she was able to convince me to come in and take the vehicle for a test drive. The price that was negotiated was perfect for me and I ended up saving lots of money rather than purchasing the Mercedes. Daaimah was very friendly and was able to sell me on this vehicle and I have no regrets. This dealership provided excellent service and I believe I will remain a lifelong customer!!! More

It was not my intention to buy an Infiniti at this time. I intented to buy an German automobile to replace the one that I just disposed of, however after speaking to Mahdi for an hour he convinced me that the Infiniti was the way to go. The entire sales experience was throughly delightful. The salesmanager James Deutschkron was also very professional and totally enlightening and helpful without asserting any pressure at all. I believe we negotiated a fair deal and I was given the best price available. I have been a German automobile owner for the past 32 years and it was never my intention to buy anything else. I just went to Infiniti because I was in the area and was curious to see what they had to offer. My intention was to go to the showroom next door and purchase one of their cars. but, they hooked me with there professionalism, their honesty, and their offer. It appeared to be far better than what I was going to get next door and fortunately my instinicts were correct, the car is everything they said it was. Furthermore now that I am an Infiniti owner I can truly state that the driving experience is great and the car handles as good or better than they said it would. This is the second Infiniti I have leased from this dealer. I loved my 2010 FX37, and I was able to terminate my lease early to get a 2012 FX37. Going to any dealership for me can typically be a very stressful experience. I am a repeat customer of Ramsey Infiniti and have always had a generally good experience, but this past purchase has been exceptionally pleasant and stress free. I attribute this to my sales person, Bob Helstoski. I was a little worried initially. The sales person I have always dealt with was no longer with the company and I did not know Bob. I was interested in a new 2012 G37 sedan and was sure it was going to take a long time to settle on a deal. The exact opposite occurred. Bob was very professional and transparent about options available and price. No games from him and this immediately put me at ease. We agreed to a deal that satisfied me greatly and I have never been happier. I got everything I wanted and more. I cannot recommend Bob Helstoski enough. I was able to negotiate a great deal and I had the pleasure of working with Bob, a great salesman and good person overall. Nice and professional gentleman who made me feel welcomed. Thank you Bob.
