It was not my intention to buy an Infiniti at this time. I intented to buy an German automobile to replace the one that I just disposed of, however after speaking to Mahdi for an hour he convinced me that the Infiniti was the way to go. The entire sales experience was throughly delightful. The salesmanager James Deutschkron was also very professional and totally enlightening and helpful without asserting any pressure at all. I believe we negotiated a fair deal and I was given the best price available. I have been a German automobile owner for the past 32 years and it was never my intention to buy anything else. I just went to Infiniti because I was in the area and was curious to see what they had to offer. My intention was to go to the showroom next door and purchase one of their cars. but, they hooked me with there professionalism, their honesty, and their offer. It appeared to be far better than what I was going to get next door and fortunately my instinicts were correct, the car is everything they said it was. Furthermore now that I am an Infiniti owner I can truly state that the driving experience is great and the car handles as good or better than they said it would. This is the second Infiniti I have leased from this dealer. I loved my 2010 FX37, and I was able to terminate my lease early to get a 2012 FX37. Going to any dealership for me can typically be a very stressful experience. I am a repeat customer of Ramsey Infiniti and have always had a generally good experience, but this past purchase has been exceptionally pleasant and stress free. I attribute this to my sales person, Bob Helstoski. I was a little worried initially. The sales person I have always dealt with was no longer with the company and I did not know Bob. I was interested in a new 2012 G37 sedan and was sure it was going to take a long time to settle on a deal. The exact opposite occurred. Bob was very professional and transparent about options available and price. No games from him and this immediately put me at ease. We agreed to a deal that satisfied me greatly and I have never been happier. I got everything I wanted and more. I cannot recommend Bob Helstoski enough. I was able to negotiate a great deal and I had the pleasure of working with Bob, a great salesman and good person overall. Nice and professional gentleman who made me feel welcomed. Thank you Bob. I was referred to Pepe's by a very good friend of mine who knew the sales manager well, and we did go there first. I had made a deposit there on the car we were interested in but we had dealth with your location on all our Infinity leases and purchases. On the way to Pepe's, we approched exit 15 when we decided to go to your location. When we walked in, Mahdi greeted us with a smile. There was no brash greeting, no hype, no pushing, instead we felt as if he was an old friend. His mannerisms sold us that car. After he gave us the bottom line on the car, right there and then I called Pepe's to tell them to issue me a credit for the $500 deposit and to tear it up. I knew I was in the right dealership for this purchase. I hope he is there when we're ready for our next Infinity. Your salesman should learn from him if they do not have this approach.You want to sell cars? He's definitely got the right formula. There's only one thing seperating you from Pepe's. With all things being equal, it was that first and consistant demeanor of Mahdi that instantly made us want to buy our car there. Buy the way I'm not his relative or friend.
