My wife and I really enjoyed dealing with him. Willy even did EXTRA and made a special arrangement with my wife putting a BIG Golden bow and balloon to surprise me on the day for the delivery, which was my birthday :) Jay was also very friendly and supportive. We had an minor issue, and he was willing to think from our perspectives and tried his best for the best solution. Great experience in a long time. Willy was very helpful as well as knowledgeable, it was as if I was buying a car from a friend.
