I have been looking for a pre-owned vehicle for several weeks. I was about to give up with the whole process of looking and dealing with another car sales person. I called the Internet Sales department and spoke with a bubbly woman named Dee & her assistant Sheila. Both were really sweet and guided me through the whole process. Sheila suggested that I come to the dealership & test drive an Infiniti. She assured me that I would not be disappointed. I was a little hesitant about taking the drive to Ramsey & to only get disappointed again. After arriving to the dealership & meeting Dee, she turned my frown into a smile. Dee was WONDERFUL!!!!!! I test drove a NISSAN & fell in love ?. Everyone at this dealership was pleasant and courteous. Jay in the finance department did an amazing job with getting me approve & working his magic to make the, process go smoothly. Matt my salesperson was so sweet & very informative about my vehicle. What a relief after visiting my local Infiniti dealership to find professionals !!! I had arranged an appoinitment for aroundy 2pm but the sales person was busy with a long term customer, however dealership to find professionals !!! I had arranged an appoinitment for aroundy 2pm but the sales person was busy with a long term customer, however he broke off and I was able to explain my requirements, after some thought he decided that as he would be occupied for some time that he would introduce me to Ralph Keller who would be able to assist immediately. I was interested in a preowned M35X of which the dearship had three available, Ralph hailed from my part of the world and before we got down to serious busines we spent a little time talking about the old country, etc. I decided upon a car which had just come in the previous day and took a look at it and was impressed, Ralph advised that it would be available for Infinit preowned Certificationa and explained that as it had a few minor blemishes that they would be treated through the Infinti Certification process and that I could return the following week for a test drive. Infiniti were offering a lease buy back option, I had a 2011 G37X, which I was able to trade, the new times were rather more than I was expecting but the car was just what I had been looking for over the past few years and could never afford so we sealed the deal. I decided that I would return the following Saturday and Ralph kept me updated all week as to the status of the work being done on the car. I am now the new owner of a great preowned Infiniti M35X, a wonderul car !!! I would also like to thank the Sales Manager Khaild Salem who showed continued interest in my transaction and Jay, who fixed it for me, who arranged very acceptable financing, Ralph also kept me updated on plates, which I picked up a week later, very speedy, and some other items which he was happy to obtain. I would highly recommend the dealership, very professional with a continuing flow of buyers and of course Ralph who thoroughly deserves 10/10. More

I went in to buy a used Infiniti and trade in my '06 Infiniti. After going on a test drive with Matt and discussing payments he opened my mind up to leasing- something I have never considered before. My new FX35 was delivered with a broken fog lamp. I asked for lighted door sills and was told that they were not available even though this is a dealer installed item. When there was a problem with the service department, Matt did not return my calls. The service department also did not return my calls. I asked for management to get in touch with me and they did not return my calls. I would never buy another car from this dealership. More
