It was such a pleasure dealing with such professionals. I have had Honda's and Mercede's and for many years.. Not one of these companies made me feel as comfortable as Ramsey Infiniti. I started my search with Sheila and from the first email, she made me know that they were there for me. When my son and I went on Saturday, March 22, we met Wendy our sales person. You would think that a women, let alone a young girl wouldn't know a thing about cars. We were pleasantly surprised. Not only did she know her stuff, she was very courteous and did not make me feel inferior. She was not pushy like so many sales people. When it came time to price the vehicle, we met J.D. He too was very courteous and very accommodating. When we left, we were extremely happy. We never thought for a minute that we were taken advantage of the way so many car dealers will do. The second i walked into the dealership they offered me beverages,food, anything i wanted. I was in the market for a new Infiniti and went to my local dealer Ramsey Infiniti to check out the G37x lease. When I got there I was greeted by Matthew and right from the beginning he was very friendly and knew his product. He gave me a great tutorial on the car and took me on a long test drive. He was very upfront about the car and the numbers , he even knew more about the competition then the other salesman of there own cars (BMW, AUDI) I left the dealer impressed and wanted to research the car some more before I leased. In the process of my research I got calls and emails from other dealers and one dealer ( i will not mention names) Gave me a price that was about $1000 less so I had to go check it out. When I got to the other dealer the whole story changed and I got the run around (they said they priced the car with loyalty when I specifically told them I did not have a Infiniti). I went back to Ramsey the next day and picked up my car and LOVE it. I would highly recommend Ramsey Infiniti and Matthew to anyone wanting a Infiniti but does not want to play games. When something sounds to good to be true it probably is.. They even gave me my 1st year of service for free, and you never expect anything extra after closing the deal!!! More

From being greeted underneath the overhang to the friendly, smiling face at the desk, to being directed to Larry. Everyone was so positive and welcoming and I arrived at 7:30am. I had a concern with a rattle and squeak in the dash/windshield. Larry assured me that they would look into it. I was given a loaner vehicle and left to go about my day feeling very good about choosing Ramsey. I received a call just shortly after lunch saying my vehicle was done. They completed the routine service, fixed the squeak and washed my car. Picking the vehicle up was just as prompt and friendly as dropping it off. My thanks to everyone at the service department! I have been looking for a pre-owned vehicle for several weeks. I was about to give up with the whole process of looking and dealing with another car sales person. I called the Internet Sales department and spoke with a bubbly woman named Dee & her assistant Sheila. Both were really sweet and guided me through the whole process. Sheila suggested that I come to the dealership & test drive an Infiniti. She assured me that I would not be disappointed. I was a little hesitant about taking the drive to Ramsey & to only get disappointed again. After arriving to the dealership & meeting Dee, she turned my frown into a smile. Dee was WONDERFUL!!!!!! I test drove a NISSAN & fell in love ?. Everyone at this dealership was pleasant and courteous. Jay in the finance department did an amazing job with getting me approve & working his magic to make the, process go smoothly. Matt my salesperson was so sweet & very informative about my vehicle.
