I was buying a new G37 for my parents and contcted several dealers. Ramsey Infinity was not only the most resposnsive, they came right out of the gate with the best price which spared me the hassle of several dealers. We have another Infinity dealer within 5 miles of our home but we chose to do business with Ramsey which is a 45 minutes drive. The reason I'm able to write this review isn't your typical reason. Back in September 2013, I totaled my car is a storm. I was left stranded with no where to go, until a good samaritan saw me an your typical reason. Back in September 2013, I totaled my car is a storm. I was left stranded with no where to go, until a good samaritan saw me and drove me to a hotel. The next morning, I was talking with the hotel staff at the front desk while waiting for days events to unfold (police, tow yard, etc.). One of the staff members overhead the conversation and said, "You're looking for an Infiniti? Give my husband Willy a call, he works at Ramsey Infiniti." Later that day, after getting things settled, I gave Willy a call and told him what happened. I told him what pre-own G37 I wanted to look at. When I got the dealership, a few days later, I went for a test drive and he took me on side roads, twisty roads, etc. and told me to "go get it", i.e. GO FAST. That was the first sign I knew Mr. Ryksen was a good salesman. After we got back to the dealership, I found out, that he spoke with his manager and was able to knock some money off the asking price. And this was even before I got to the dealership. He then told me after we hung up the first of second time, he put a "reserved for" label in the window, so nobody else call take the car from under me. These were signs 2 and 3 that Mr. Ryksen was a good person and not just someone looking to make a sale. In closing, Mr. Ryksen and his finance manager were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I didn't feel pressured at all during any of the process. The next time I need a car new or used, I wouldn't think twice about going to Ramsey Infiniti and dealing with Mr. Ryksen. I would also recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership where the sales guys aren't just about sales, but they actually care about their customers. More
