Not only was he forthright and expedient, but very much to the point, arriving at our comfortable price range which, although took a little negotiating, was actually a pleasant experience overall. He located the car and features we wanted and helped expedite its delivery. He actually treated us like the most important and valuable customer that walked in the door that day and carried that experience throughout the whole process and like some sort of insignificant walk in the door statistic. If you are in the market for an Infiniti in this area, you definitely should make the trip to go to Ramsey Infiniti, and ask for Alex. He is courteous, friendly, and most of all honest.
