Would not go anywhere else! I recently brought my car for service and received a Q50 for a loaner. The service department is excellent. I have closer dealers near my home, but they are great so I still make the trip to Ramsey for service. It's worth the trip. I love the loaner, so it looks like my 5th Infiniti will be the Q50. Im glad I like the car because I really do not want to deal with other dealers. At the end of each lease, I visit other dealers because I want a change, but I get turned off by their attitude towards females and the high prices. I don't even know why I waste my time because Khalid always gives me the best price and service. I always think I want a change but I always end up back at Ramsey Infiniti. The customer service is amazing and I love the cars so why change what's not broken. I'm just sorry it took this long to realize that I will probably always drive an Infiniti , the grass is not greener on the other side. More

The Fear Of Walking Into An Auto Dealership Do you ever get that feeling in the pit of your stomach when walking into an auto dealership to negotiate a new car, whether for lease or purchase, a Do you ever get that feeling in the pit of your stomach when walking into an auto dealership to negotiate a new car, whether for lease or purchase, along with the anxiety that comes with such an experience…..well, that did not happen with my dealings at Ramsey Infiniti…specifically because we had a great and most honest salesman, Alex. Not only was he forthright and expedient, but very much to the point, arriving at our comfortable price range which, although took a little negotiating, was actually a pleasant experience overall. He located the car and features we wanted and helped expedite its delivery. He actually treated us like the most important and valuable customer that walked in the door that day and carried that experience throughout the whole process and like some sort of insignificant walk in the door statistic. If you are in the market for an Infiniti in this area, you definitely should make the trip to go to Ramsey Infiniti, and ask for Alex. He is courteous, friendly, and most of all honest. Of course this sounds like a fairytale story, but sometimes…just once in a blue moon….Wishes do come true. I did not have to take anxiety pills this time around. The car is great as well!!! More
