WHEN I WENT TO THE DEALERSHIP I WAS MET BY SALES MANAGER JOSE DIAZ. JOSE EXPLAINED TO ME THAT THE MDX I WANTED HAD A DEPOSIT ON IT. MY WIFE AND I WERE HART BROKEN. JOSE STATED THAT HE WAS GOING TO CALL THE PARTY THAT HAD LEFT THE DEPOSIT AND MAKE SURE THEY STILL WANTED THE CAR. WILL TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT THAT PARTY BACKED OUT OF THE DEAL. He sold my family and friends all 7 of our vehicles and will bend over backwards to make it right. In all 12 years of buying over 15 cars Willy is by far the best sales agent I have ever dealt with. I will continue to only deal with Willy until he retires because his service and expertise cannot be matched. More

Once we reviewed everything I was lookin My experience at Ramsey Infiniti was outstanding. I met with Jason Kaplan, I was looking for a Q50 to lease. Once we reviewed everything I was looking for in the car and the color Jason worked extremely hard in finding one for me and he did! The car he found was the color I wanted, Halagan Blue and with all the bells & whistles I requested. Love it! Jason is very knowledgeable about the car & all the electronics. He walked through the entire set up and followed up to make sure I was satisfied. Jason also brought me to see the service dept and introduced me to the receptionist, he also explained the express service. The finance manager walked me through all the documents & make me aware of everything I was signing. Excellent experience with the financing. My overall experience at Ramsey Infiniti was excellent I am very happy with my decision to lease the Q50. Prior to this I had been a very loyal customer to Nissan for over 20 years & now hope to be a loyal customer to Infiniti. I needed a little change but liked to stay within the family. Thank you again for a great experience. More

He went above and beyond to satisfy my car needs and what I wanted to pay. I previously inquired through the internet and worked with Mark Hirschberg, who btw was an absolute doll to deal with as well! Finance took about 20 minutes, was super quick and everything was explained thoroughly by everyone. Both team members went above and beyond to help and kept me in the loop the entire week because they had to get my car from another dealership. Amazing experience, would recommend this dealership any day, and recommend Alex anytime! More

They blew the first dealership away in pricing even though they had to get my vehicle from a different dealership due to the options I wanted and it being so late in the year. Staff was extremely friendly and dealership was very clean. My salesman MATT MOSKAL was very knowledgeable and I would definetly recommended him and the dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. More

Every time I called even the receptionist was polite and I was able to speak to whoever I asked for without having to leave a message and hope for a call back. They all did what they said they were going to do with no games whatsoever. Actually, they threw in extras I didn't even ask for or expect. Above and beyond. I have been in the car business from the corporate side for a long time and really have never experienced anything like this. I can usually tell when they are faking it and even if they were, I got a good impression. Perception is everything in this business. They gave me the best price from the start, which no other dealer could beat. Not only that, but they really gave me an overall sense that they liked what they were doing which is not the norm at a car dealer. The culture there is a good one and obviously contagious throughout. Thanks! More

Not your ordinary CAR DEALERSHIP I recently purchased a 2014 Q60S . I was referred to the Sales Manager Anthony Del Vecchio. We spoke about the car I was looking for and after get I recently purchased a 2014 Q60S . I was referred to the Sales Manager Anthony Del Vecchio. We spoke about the car I was looking for and after getting a few prices from other dealerships, Anthony quoted me price over the phone beating any other dealership. I came in to the showroom the next day ready to pick up my new car. Anthony introduced to salesman, Willy. Willy took me out to see my car and went over the entire vehicle with me. It was time to sign the paperwork and I was worried that the final price would be different than we talked about. It wasn't. I was in and out of the dealership in about and hour and a half. Everyone was extremely efficient and helpful. A few weeks later, I was leaving for vacation and realized my Temp plate would be expired by the time I returned and just didn't have the time to get up to the dealership to pick up the plates. Anthony said he would drop them off at my house that night. Not only did he bring them to the house but he put them on the car in the dark just using a cell phone light. Ramsey Infiniti goes above and beyond for there customers. My entire experience was unlike any other car buying experience I have ever had. More

A spectacular auto dealership (and yes they still do exist). Here is my review. Buying a car can be a daunting, stressful and often frustrating experience. We have all been there and experienced the lack of transparency, suspicious quality/nature of auto sales people and their integrity. If you want to easily turn that into a new refreshing, comfortable (you will see this word often) one, go to Ramsey Infiniti on Route 17 South in Bergen County. Here you will find knowledgeable sales consultants such as Alex and General Sales Manager Kahlid. Both are remarkably trustworthy and are truly auto centric car people. They “get it” and go beyond your expectations in making the new auto acquisition process into a comfortable (I told you that you would see this word again) one the way it was and is supposed to be. I know, because I was born and raised in the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan that has/had a few car companies. I know the business. I visited Ramsey Infiniti two weeks ago in search of a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) specific car to replace mine. They had the vehicle in stock as advertised online. This in itself was a great starting point, so that minimized the normal dealership concerns. I test drove the vehicle and was pleasantly surprised with it. Certified Pre-owned vehicles are not new of course, but I learned how Ramsey Infiniti selects the best ones. I found that to be true for the car I was considering buying. They took the time to share their knowledge of the CPO business, how it worked and what I could expect when buying this car. The complete vehicle documentation was there and more. This was comforting (again the word). While on my visits to the dealership, I interacted with numerous sales, finance and customer service representatives. Each and every one was helpful to a fault, knowledgeable, responsive to my needs and all participated in a very, very friendly (comfortable) way to assist me with my purchase. For those looking for a Certified Pre-owned car, I highly recommend getting the “Wrap” program. You might see this as an additional and unnecessary cost that adds to your total out of pocket spending, but it isn’t. When you bring the car home, use the electronics, sunroof, power everything and many other features you’ll see how a few of those electronics and motors can quickly produce a very significant and costly repair bill. Get the “Wrap” and you’ll get peace of mind. Just do it and you’ll be glad you did. Remember, it’s not the price; it’s the value that counts. Ramsey Infiniti is your “Go To” place for a new or Certified Pre-Owned car. I know because I shopped the competitors. The other auto dealer’s response was lacking and often non-existent. There won’t be any “Buyers Regret” when you buy from Ramsey Infiniti. I am confident that like me, Ramsey Infiniti will treat you with professional respect, over deliver on their word and make you a very, very satisfied and comfortable (again) customer You’ll just smile and be glad you did it when you get home with that new car. Horrible Service. I had a few problems with my new car, and had to contact their service dept. Receptionist at the service dept was absolutely rude and obnoxious. I had a few problems with my new car, and had to contact their service dept. Receptionist at the service dept was absolutely rude and obnoxious. She acts as if she owns the dealership. I will never buy another car from Ramsey Infiniti. By the way, the service dept is way too small and dingy. It does NOT feel premium or luxurious at all. More
