Customers come first feeling After shopping around and visiting multiple dealerships for the 2015 QX60 FWD Premium package, Ramsey Infiniti was the only dealership that was willin After shopping around and visiting multiple dealerships for the 2015 QX60 FWD Premium package, Ramsey Infiniti was the only dealership that was willing to hear my demands. Others pretty much gave us the "You don't like it, there's the door" feeling and was not impressed at all with the attitude given. Assuming Ramsey Infiniti wouldn't be any different, I went in with my guards high up, as I was also in the area visiting other dealers. I went in with the "What the xxxx" attitude, and when greeted by our sales rep, I told him "This is what I want or we don't have a deal". To my very surprise, not only did he meet my needs, but surpassed my expectations when he presented to me with what he can\would do for me with the "Premium Plus" package (as we were initially shopping for the Premium package). To keep a long story short, today my family and I will be driving in the 2015 QX60 AWD Premium Plus package for the next couple of years, and we're more than satisfied with our decision. Thank you Ramsey Infiniti for not showing us the door, but rather being attentative to our needs and demands. Thank you!! More

He always finds me the car I want, and I always know he is looking out for my best interests. Same situation when dealing with Mike in finance. He went right to work for me to get my deal confirmed and the paperwork process could not have been smoother. I remember when shooing for a car used to be a hassle. Not anymore. Thanks to the staff at Ramsey Infiniti, it's an absolute pleasure. Two days later, my car was waiting for me, looking pristine, and I could not wait to get in and drive it home. Ralph went through everything with me, and since then has consistently followed up to make sure I'm happy with the car. The service dept here is also fantastic, and can't do enough to help you. They made it a pleasurable experience for me. If you are looking to buy a car, new or used, do yourself a favor and ask for Steven Hong when you call, as he went out of his way to ensure that the car I selected was the right one for me. He is respectful and courteous, was never pushy throughout the entire sales process, and was just the nicest person to deal with. Note: During the sales process, I learned that Steven had served our country abroad with honor as a U.S. Marine in Iraq and Japan. It was my privilege to have met him as a result of buying this car. I am so happy with my new 2013 G37x. I call it "new," as it certified pre-owned by Infinity, and had only 8300 miles on the odometer, barely broken in! :) I specifically searched out Ramsey Infinity based on the strong recommendation of a close friend who has been driving Infinity for years. He had assured me that I would really like dealing with the sales team (which I did), and further assured me that the post-sales service they provide will also impress me. I am very much looking forward to dealing with Ramsey Infinity in the future. More

I was connected to a gentleman by the name of Dominick Posillipo. Dominick was extremely helpful, patient and professional. Dominick made our car experience a great one! We felt that he held our hands throughout the entire process. He answered every questioned that we had asked. We were really impressed with his knowledge about all of the Infiniti vehicles and the Infiniti brand. There are some sales consultants that will put on a suit and will try to sale a vehicle to you without having any knowledge about the vehicle that you're interested in or the brand itself. Dominick truly loves what he does and actually takes the time to learn about the Infiniti brand and the vehicles that he is selling.
