Great experience, helpful sales guy I walked into the dealership looking for a dealer I had worked with the last time to lease my Q50. He was no longer employed at the dealership. He was knowledge able about the leases for QX60 and financing. Alex did not pressure or make comments like this wont last or push the sale. He was very reasonable and understood what I was looking for. He confirmed with me what I was looking for. Got the numbers for the finance options I requested and even let me leave the dealership to return at a later date. The deal did not change and Alex was not calling me everyday to ask if there was any movement on the deal. It was very pleasant and professional experience. I would recommend Alex to anyone looking for an honest, no pressure sales man for getting your next car. More

Pleasent experience with Ramsey Infiniti. Preplanned a visit with Steven Hong and to my surprise he was awaiting my arrival. No waiting or anything. Greeted promptly upon entering we discussed my needs and wants in a car. I still wasn't 100% percent on which model to get but Steven was helpful with his responses and remarks on every question i had. Really knowledgable guy. Wasn't any haggling or hidden motives or shadiness. A straight forward dealership with a straight forward salesmen. Not once did he urge and force himself on us to make a rushed decision. Decided on a q50 and we sat to discuss options and price point. Still a very patient person. Ended being declined by several banks for some reason even thought i had several pre approved offers. Left a deposit and to my surprise Steven was very patient the ENTIRE week it took for me to get everything situated and approved. Came in a week later to sign and pick up the car. Honestly the best part of this experience was that Steven and the entire staff did everything with a smile on their face. Which isnt a big deal to some but to me it is. They are genuinely interested in getting you into the car that best fits you. I would personally recommend Steven Hong to any interested in Infiniti experienced or not. Thank you again! More

I wanted a Q50s but a lot of the dealships I called didn't want to work with me until I called Ramsey infiniti dealership. My sales person was Steven Hong and he made it possible for me to get into Q50s when other dealships offered me impossible prices. Steven Hong customer service was execellent and he made buying a car a fun experience rather than stereotypical buying a new car experience people normal have.
