I was disappointed with the inspection performed of my car from Ramsey Infiniti. After I picked up my purchase G37x . I had to bring it back to the dealer cause the front rotors weren't resurfaced an the car was causing a steering vibration as I braked when the car was driven out of the dealer. I had to bring the car back to them all the way from Connecticut. I wasn't too happy cause the dealer should take care of everything after the inspection. This tells me they didn't do a proper inspection. Edwin at service took care of issue as soon as I addressed the problem with the car. He provided excellent customer service. I wish that Ramsey Infiniti dealer had provided some complementary ammedities for my aggravation of driving an 1 hour and half back an fourth 6 times total for giving them my business after the poor inspection on my car. First two times to go up an purchase the car. The second two times to go get the car and third two times of going back to get the breaks resurfaced. More
