Mark took us through the financials clearly and thoroughly then passed us over to Zack (aka Shorty) for a test drive. Fast forward 4 hours later, I am driving away in a new 2016 for less money than what we had originally anticipated. There were no surprises, no upsell, just the facts coupled with incredible customer service. Great experience, honest and genuinely interested in making the customer happy. Would highly recommend. Great experience purchasing a car from Joe Bassil I went to Ramsey Infiniti to buy a precertified used car after visiting 2 other dealerships. I didn't purchase the vehicle from the other two dealers I went to Ramsey Infiniti to buy a precertified used car after visiting 2 other dealerships. I didn't purchase the vehicle from the other two dealerships because we couldn't agree upon a price and quite frankly the salesmen were not motivated to sell. I met Joe Bassil at Ramsey Infiniti. Joe was pleasant, patient, and a pleasure to do business with. He didn't waste my time- we talked numbers and were able to come to an agreeable price. I took home the car I wanted at a price that I was happy with. Go see Joe if you don't want to deal with pushy salespeople that want to waste your entire day with pricing games. The financing part of the experience was a breeze. Michael Lafayette handled the paperwork and it went quickly and smoothly. He was friendly and did a great job explaining all the paperwork I was signing. Infiniti was offering an excellent financing deal at that time on pre-certified cars- I might as well be financing the car for free. The only minor negative experience I had with the Ramsey Infiniti dealership is the quality of the detailing. They said the detailing charge for a used car is non negotiable and in my opinion quite overpriced for the quality of the service. The "detailing" done the the dealership should really be called a car wash. Other than that minor detail, I am quite satisfied with the overall purchase experience at Ramsey Infiniti and would not hesitate to go back and buy another car from Joe (either used or brand new).
