By way of background, I have leased 3 Infiniti’s from Ramsey Infiniti and was there to lease a 4th car. Long story short, I left a happy customer. Summary- I sat down with Steven and we immediately discussed my needs in a car, our love for the current Infiniti models as well as the treasured ones from the past (G35 and G37). I was specifically looking to lease a Q50 and Steven went over the options available and narrowed down which package would be best for me based on my needs in a car. At no time did I feel pressured to purchase something I didn’t need and in the end I purchased the Q50 with the premium package. Negotiating a deal was relatively stress free, painless and fast. As a salesperson, Steven was genuine in his caring for me as a buyer and ensuring that I had a good experience, he was very polished/ well put together and professional in appearance, and he was confident and knowledgeable. My recommendation is if you are planning on buying from Ramsey Infiniti, while all of their staff members are exceptional from the front desk to the service area, to management, Steven is the way to go as far as sales are concerned. When you make your appointment to purchase your next Infiniti, please ask for Steven Hong. I’ve been dealing with Ramsey Infiniti since 2005 and I will continue to in the future.
