Of all of the dealerships we have been to, this was one of the tops in terms of professionalism and how comfortable we felt with the whole experience. We were able to make a decision without pressure and Joe, Jay, and Enrique were all professional and reasonable throughout this experience. We called in advance, as we were driving from Jersey City, to ensure the car was still available. We spoke with Joe. When we arrived, Joe was busy with another customer but one of the leaders saw we were waiting and asked Jay, one of the managers, to help us get started by going to get the car out and getting the other information needed for our test drive so that we wouldn't have to wait (much appreciated, as I am very pregnant!). We wanted to buy the car but also wanted it inspected by a third-party mechanic first. There was absolutely no resistance to this (counter to other dealers we had visited), and they sent an employee (Kevin, I think) along with us while we got the pre-purchase inspection. It passed with no issues as made us feel comfortable buying the car. Until this point, our search had encountered dealers who couldn't find the keys to a car, dead batteries in the cars we wanted to drive, sales people who told us they would charge us $1k more if we didn't finance, and a bunch of other examples of poor customer experience. Ramsey Infiniti seems to be well run and we liked the general attitude of the sales staff we worked with. We would definitely consider purchasing from them again. More

As if I weren't already convinced enough I also met the manager Khalid Salem and he really sealed the deal such a great guy. I would choose this dealership 100 times over all of the other dealerships I have been to, they honestly exceeded my expectations. Not to mention I LOVE LOVE LOVE my car!!!! The knew everything about the programs, functions and features of the car. She was so amazing that I thought she was a sales manager, being that she gave me an unbelievable deal over the phone. To my surprise she is BDC representative. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Tatiana, who then brought danny Granada to walk me through the features and test test drive the car. His product knowledge is impeccable and his patience and professionalism is unmatched in this business. I revealed that my credit was shot due to a recent divorce, so Danny wanted be be transparent and rightfully felt the best course of action was to bring in his finance manager. Enrique Lariano fought long and hard to deliver me the same unbeatable price on my new Q70. I couldn't be happier with my car and truly recommend Ramsey Infiniti and specifically Tatiana, Danny and Enrique More
