Pleasant & Easy Car Leasing Experience My sales & leasing consultant's name was Ryan. Right away Ryan made me feel at ease and did not pressure me at all. The showroom was really nice and they had free coffee. I was introduced to a manager and a gentleman from the finance department came over to introduce himself. Everyone made me feel very comfortable and they all seemed very genuine and honest. We were able to come to an agreeable monthly payment for a 2015 Q50 fairly quickly, and the process of picking up my car was a good experience as well. I spent a few minutes with Enrique in the finance office to finish up the final paperwork and Ryan was very thorough when going over the details of the car. Overall a very positive experience. More

Great Experience I needed a SUV that could seat 7. When I walked into the dealership I was greeted by Jason. He was very polite and after talking for a little he show I needed a SUV that could seat 7. When I walked into the dealership I was greeted by Jason. After driving the vehicle we discussed in more detail what options and colors where important to me. Jason made me feel very comfortable. He came back with payments that I feltwere fair based on the research I had done. After talking for a little bit more we were able to reach an agreement. I came back the next day to pick up my new car. Jason spent all the time I needed to understand how to use everything in the car and offered to go over anything I still didn't understand when I came to get my license plates. Next I met Mike the Finance Manager. He went over all the paperwork with me and made sure I understood everything. Before I left Jason introduced me to the service department. A Wonderful Place to Purchase a New Car! As we all know buying a car is always thought as a very stressful experience. Just stepping into a Showroom gets me stressed out. When you get the nerve to actually go into a Showroom, you just don't know what to expect. Well stress no more! Me and my wife walked into to Ramsey Infiniti after doing our research and knowing what vehicle we wanted. I was introduced to my Salesman Ed Tow and instead of doing all of the talking, he listened to what we were looking for. We went for a test Drive and knew we had found our car. All along Ed made us feel at ease and did not pressure us to make a decision. When it came time to negotiate the deal he and the Sales Manager Anthony Del Vecchio were straight forward. Needless to say we walked in looking for a Deal and came out of it much better off than we ever thought possible. Now we drive a Luxury car for the same price as a regular Brand.
