Lock up your glove compartment!!!!!! My purchase experience from this dealer was great. I've even referred tons of people to this dealership because I thought they were honest but when t My purchase experience from this dealer was great. I've even referred tons of people to this dealership because I thought they were honest but when taking my vehicle for service I realized that not everyone there is. I took my vehicle yesterday for an oil and filter change. I gave them my car without locking my glove compartment because I didn't think they would go through it. After I get my car back I go into my glove compartment and noticed that something was stolen from me. I know 100% that it was there prior to me giving them my car...and it was gone! I called to file a complaint because I felt so VIOLATED that they would even go through my stuff to find what they took. I get a call back from James and he pretty much told me that he asked the people who took care of my service and they stated they didn't take it. And there was really no way for him to replace what was taken because it was a very rare case. At the end of the day, it doesn't matter if what they took was a piece of a half eaten cookie or a penny, THE POINT IS THAT SOMEONE TOOK IT. Regardless of how big or small, IT WAS STOLEN (taken without my permission) and because of this I am telling you to LOCK UP YOUR GLOVE COMPARTMENT when taking your car for service. I for one will NEVER refer people to this dealership AGAIN. Honesty is so important to me...and I would never subject my family, friends and clients through something like this...because there is no worst feeling than the feeling of having your privacy breeched. Horrible sales experience, once again. Do not shop there. This is the second time i have received horrible sales experiences at this dealership. This time the salesperson, Chris Kim, whom i contacted first by This is the second time i have received horrible sales experiences at this dealership. This time the salesperson, Chris Kim, whom i contacted first by email was just not interested in selling me a car. After several emails, I made an appointment to see the car and negotiate a price. When i showed up, he took down my information and told me the its going to be much more than what i'm willing to pay. He didn't even give me an exact quote. They also gave me a low ball figure for my trade-in and said to try to come back next month! As we were talking, Chris was interrupted by a potential customer and seemed more interested to get rid of me and move onto her. unbelievable. Chris did visit their manager's office to present an offer, but they were not interested in negotiating. Two days later i visited a closer Infiniti dealer (Englewood, NJ) and was presented with a totally professional salesperson and we easily negotiated a monthly payment that was over $100 less per month than that vague quote that Ramsey Infiniti provided. Rewriting my review So I came here about 2 months ago and I rated this dealer as outstanding, but I was very disappointed when I went to a different dealer and came to fi So I came here about 2 months ago and I rated this dealer as outstanding, but I was very disappointed when I went to a different dealer and came to find out the price of car was a rip off and I had to chase people to fix a crack windshield that came with the car. I shouldn't have received the car any way. PLEASE READ YOUR PAPER WORK BEFORE SIGNING. I got charge 350 for cleaning the car. Wow this is crazy. With this bitterness I went to a different dealer. I walked in and was greeted by Matthew Moskal wh My experience with Ramsey Infiniti was by far the best experience I have had while purchasing a car. I walked in and was greeted by Matthew Moskal who was not only knowledgable about infinity but was very personable. He didn't come off as a "car salesman", more like a friend I would talk to about cars. After discussing the car, he offered to have me test drive the car and even during the test drive, there was no pressure into selling me the car. Here is the best part. After signing off on the car, Matthew was a man of his word and did not attempt to change the terms of the agreement which I appreciate the most because I have run into this a number of times, which takes the joy out of purchasing and leaves a bad taste in your mouth. I appreciate Matthew's professionalism and honesty during this entire process and not only will I be back but will also recommend him to friends and colleagues. Thanks Matt! More
