Purchased used vehicle Sales person was knowledgeable and thorough, however, when it came time to honoring the terms of what would be included with the purchase of the used Sales person was knowledgeable and thorough, however, when it came time to honoring the terms of what would be included with the purchase of the used vehicle all of a sudden the bait and switch appeared. When will certain dealerships realize that it is not in their best interest to deal with customers in this manner? Also, it was documented on the service inspection report that a new battery was installed, however, since the battery was dead three weeks later obviously this was not the case. When I spoke to the service manager and called him on it he continued to state that a new battery was installed. Really? How difficult is it to be honest with customers? More
