Best car buying/leasing process I've ever been through! My lease was up on my 2014 Infiniti Q50. I went back to the dealership I've been dealing with for 10 years now, Fette Infiniti, to see if they would r My lease was up on my 2014 Infiniti Q50. I went back to the dealership I've been dealing with for 10 years now, Fette Infiniti, to see if they would reward my loyalty with this being the 4th car I was going to lease from them. They couldn't come close to what I was looking for or the payment I wanted to be at. After being very frustrated that they never even followed up weeks after I visited them, I decided to try Ramsey Infiniti to see what they could do for me. I dealt with Willy Ryksen and he didn't disappoint me once. He cut right to the chase and gave me his best offer right up front which was surprisingly right where I wanted to be. I asked him if he could knock down his initial offer by $9 and he did and we had a deal within a half hour of me walking into the dealership. This was BY FAR the best leasing experience I've had to date. I didn't wait around the dealership for 5 hours like I did at Fette Infiniti 3 previous times and there were no issues whatsoever. I will recommend Ramsey Infiniti and specifically Willy Ryksen to anybody I know looking for an Infiniti. He couldn't have been more professional and even emailed me a couple times to ask how everything was with the car and how my wedding plans were coming along. He really made me feel like family and that is something I never experienced at Fette Infiniti. I will recommend Willy and Ramsey Infiniti to anybody looking for a pleasant, no hassle, car buying experience. And I absolutely love my new QX30!!! More

So just wanted to make sure this one gets out there. If you are interested in an Infiniti and live within 30 miles of this dealership, look no further. I actually went to another Infiniti dealership 1st not too far away that tried to push me into a bad deal. Thankfully I shopped around and called here. I spoke with Mark H. initially, he was great on the phone and started steering me in he right direction. Then Matt M. got me going with what I was looking for and Ryan W. helped finish close the deal. Saving about $100 less a month for a better car then I was looking at initially. love the car and my overall experience. Thanks guys! More

Forgotten Customer The day I came in to sign the papers turned into a disaster in that it took over 4 hrs to sign docs and get the car most which was spent waiting. I w The day I came in to sign the papers turned into a disaster in that it took over 4 hrs to sign docs and get the car most which was spent waiting. I was left alone and strung alone to the point where I left at 530 after 3 hours because no one could tell me when the car would be ready. Paperwork took all of 20 min but Ty the finance guy forgot to tell me to arrange insurance and proof of income (despite two pre calls to confirm what was required and to confirm he had the online application). I was told to come back around 630pm but when I arrived I had to stand in the dark outside the dealership while the sales guy did the plates, etching and did his best to walk me through the car. Even the sales manager and finance guy left before me. There was lots of apologies and "sorry for the hassles and delays", "we'll make it up to you" but in the 3 weeks I have had the car, there have been no emails, calls or contact. This leaves me feeling that all they cared about was the sale. My advice for them would have been to say we cannot get the car ready in the next 30min. It may be later this evening, would you mind coming back then? That way, I would not have wasted my afternoon sitting around waiting. Also, if you have someone waiting tell them what's happening. A number of times I was told it will be here at 4. etc. when the time came, I had to go and find out what was happening. What really frustrated me, was the sales guy dealt with another client and got him into his new car before me. More
