Ramsey Infiniti xxxx At Its Best! Do not deal with Ramsey Infiniti. First make sure you do a background check on them and you'll find they have been investigated by the Attorney Genera Do not deal with Ramsey Infiniti. First make sure you do a background check on them and you'll find they have been investigated by the Attorney Generals Office in 2 different states for misleading customers and deceptive business tactics. They are still doing it to this date. Not to mention they are contacting Infiniti Corporate and placing false sales reports to them called RDRs. The whole place is a scam, they will give you low ball figures that they have no intention of honoring just to get credit for a sale. Went into the dealership on the last day of the month for a QX60, immediately they give me some out of the world figure that they knew I was going to reject. Mysteriously they present me an office that was $150 a month low in lease payments, impossible! So that's were they deception started. They made up a xx figure for the sole reason they had no intentions of selling the car but just to get me to sigh the sales order and steal the $500 deposit. So leaving there they made an appointment and lied about the pickup date of the car from Monday to Tuesday. So called them on Monday, there were no problems, called them on Tuesday 2 different times as far as 2 hours until 4 pm when they were supposed to pick me up. Mind you that less than 2 hours to go, i call they dont tell us anything, the sales person Willie is even getting directions from us. At first he doesnt want directions so suspicious already there. So 3 MINUTES into the delivery date we're still at home and mysteriously we get a call from Ramsey. Now they are saying in the last 3 minutes of picking up the car they want another $6 grand. They stole a $500 deposit until this day have not seen back, they RDR'd the car to Infiniti so to Infiniti they say I own the car when I havent picked it up. So they never had the car to begin with, they sold a car from a dealership from NY, which when we called the female manager said the same car that I gave the VIN # to was already sole the first week in April. Had our legal department call the next day, and mysteroriously the same car was now in my name. So this only means Both Ramsey Infiniti and the NY Infiniti are playing the same dirty RDR scam to Nissan of reporting cars to get money from the manufacturer. They have already been reported to Nissan about their RDR scam, now if we dont get our mpney back in the next 48 hours we are proceeding with our attornies to go right to the Dept of Consumer Affairs in Newark and start another investigation against them. More

Ken spent a significant amount of time taking us on multiple test drives, and he highly encouraged asking questions throughout the whole experience. Negotiations were almost nonexistent as the sales manager, John, came over right away and offered us a phenomenal deal; not once did we feel we were being taken advantage of. Another floor manager, Matt, came over to apologize in advance for not being able to deliver the car right there and then, and asked us if they could treat us to lunch. The team at Ramsey take the time to deliver unbelievably beautiful customer service, which, in this day and age, is a rare gem. Ken, thank you for taking the time to make sure I was comfortable and in love with my new car! Still so blown Wsy. Y your service! More

He took his time and informed me about everything I need to know about the car, simply educating me on the vehicle and how it will complement my lifestyle. He took the time to know me and because of that he was able to educated me on his product and I was able to decided what car I wanted. He was not pushy and wanted to help me get the car that was best for me and he did. Enrique Liranzo was an excellent help as well. These two made sure I left happy, I really appreciate the time they took to earn my business and to make me feel like family not a sale. Every time I look at my car, I am very happy. More

I go in tell Willy what I want and the payments are always within my budget. They have never not had the vehicle in the color and options I want. Enrique is a pleasure to deal with making the paperwork a pleasure to do. I highly recommend Willy and Ramsey Infiniti to anyone looking for an Infiniti. Jason More
Assumptions My overall rating is not a direct reflection of my full experience at this location. I came in to take a look at a CPO vehicle that I had seen online. My overall rating is not a direct reflection of my full experience at this location. I came in to take a look at a CPO vehicle that I had seen online. I briefly dealt with Sara, Marcin, Danny, and John who were all very accommodating and hospitable. The vehicles I saw had more minor cosmetic damage than I hoped, though I knew I wasn't looking at brand new cars and am perfectly fine with minor cosmetic wear. We took a test drive then came back to talk details. We worked out a number and began to discuss financing. I filled out the application, then the salesman took the sheet back to one of the finance guys, who introduced himself as Tye (spelling?). While he was outwardly cordial, I immediately found his tone condescending. MY assumption is that he took a look at my current income and considering my lack of credit history, didn't feel the need to provide a good customer experience. He came back after less than 5 minutes and said that the only lender that may approve a loan under my circumstance would be at least 28% interest, no way around it, no form of down payment would change that. I am guessing that he figured either A- "Maybe he'll bite on this ridiculous deal" or B- "There's no way he can afford this, get rid of him quick." If he had bothered to ask and put in some effort, he may have learned that I had 15-20k allotted to put down on the vehicle on the spot, which would have covered most of the asking price, and would be financing 5-10k of the remaining balance, with the intention of building my credit. I was fully aware that under the circumstances I would be paying a high interest rate, but one bank that will only do 28%? If I was financing the full vehicle a thin credit file, I could understand where he could come up with such assumptions of my inability to follow through with a deal. But he didn't ask and was dismissive to my inquiry on downpayments. Sara, Marcin, Danny, John - Thank you for your kind service. I’m sorry we couldn’t come to a deal. Tye - Remember the old adage about judging books by their cover? Ask before you make assumptions. You and you alone lost your dealership what should have been a relatively easy sale. You're one of those reasons that legitimate dealerships get such a bad rep for being more focused on money than people. More

There was no high pressure sales pitches, instead it was more a case of what they could do from their end to make a deal that worked for us. My wife and I drove off two hours later in our new car. He truly worked to get us the best deal possible, and we were ecstatic when he was willing and able to work within our budget and comfort level. Additionally, the majority of our interaction was via the telephone and email due to our work schedules and the distance we lived from the dealership. Mark was more than willing to come to a deal via those modes of communication without pressuring us to come into the dealership. Everything we spoke about and agreed upon was exactly what we got when we actually got to the dealership. No surprises! It was great to meet Mark in-person and he was the same friendly, professional, and cordial person we had come to know via telephone and email. Once at the dealership, Mark turned us over to the capable hands of Willy Ryksen and our happiness with Ramsey Infiniti continued to grow. My wife commented that Willy reminded her of her aunt and sitting and talking with him was like sitting with family at the dinner table. This was not a business only transaction and we shared family stories and experiences, which truly speaks to the comfort level we had with Willy and Mark. There was no pressure, no haggling, and Mark and Willy both truly tried to make this the most pleasant experience we could possibly have purchasing a new car. We commend them both and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an Infiniti. All we can say is thank you! More
