I recently had to bring my car in to get some additions and all the staff in service were also amazing! Appointment was promptly made and a loaner car was waiting for me when I arrived. The process was quick and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. What's even better... I can bring my car in for detailing at any time free of charge! Buying a white car with a white interior I will for sure be using this perk! After having bad experiences with a few other dealerships (I won't mention names although I would love to), I am so happy I finally found a great one! I was made to feel like I am part of a family and that my business was valued! Thank you to all at Ramsey Infiniti! We were approached by a nicely dressed person asking if he could be of any help and if we wanted water or coffee..We told him why we were there and thanked him for the water that he went to get for us...In conversation that followed we realized that he was the manager over seeing that we were comfortable and ready to answer any questions that we might have had, without out ever coming on like a salesman. Absolutely genuinely pleasant and to the point of even similarities in our lives...Anyway in short, the time we spent in the dealership was made made very pleasant, comfortable and I will add fun...
