He is the consummate professional. From the minute I walked in near the end of November and told him exactly what I wanted, he addressed all my requirements. He located the car in MA and promised it to me Dec 14 or 15. When he was advised that the transport vehicle's transmission broke and the car couldn't be delivered in the time frame promised, Willie went to MA and drove my car back ALL in the same day. I've been buying and leasing cars for more than 50 years and I've NEVER had treatment like this. The car is a dream to drive and with Willie providing the utmost customer service, it's a WIN-WIN combination. I also dealt with Ty Caldwell in Finance whose name is not listed. I opted into buying the package that included tire and wheel insurance, etc. He was very articulate and patient in explaining the package to me. It just so happened Ramsey was the first dealership where I had completed my research including visiting several dealerships in search of a 2017 QX50. It just so happened Ramsey was the first dealership where I started my search and wound up being the last as I ultimately purchased my vehicle there. My initial experience with another sales rep left me seeking to take my business elsewhere. I did just that and actually had placed a deposit on a vehicle at a competing store. Then one day, I received a call from Mark. He was following up on my visit and when I explained why I decided to purchase my car elsewhere he was interested in what I experienced and how it prompted me to shop at another store. He was genuinely interested in my story, he did not try to put the sell on but listened and we left it at that. Given Mark's efforts to turn a bad situation around, a few days later I reached out to him to see if we could do business.
