RAMSEY MISLEAD AND LIED TO US, TERRIBLE SITUATION - AVOID! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Ramsey mislead and lied to us. We were led to believe we were getting a great deal on a 2017QX50 (3rd Infiniti 2nd f STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Ramsey mislead and lied to us. We were led to believe we were getting a great deal on a 2017QX50 (3rd Infiniti 2nd from Ramsey Infiniti), only to be hit with a surprise $2,000.00 balance a month after getting the car. Ramsey convinced us we were making a clean exchange, paying everything required to swap cars the day of. This was not the case! The dealership is not honest, will not honor their word, and on top of that, has a very defensive/aggressive manager making matters worse. This has been the most stressful car experience. STAY AWAY FROM THESE MISLEADING DEALER. THIS BEHAVIOR IS CRIMINAL LIKE - WE NEED TO SUE FOR OUR MONEY BACK! Is this what you want??? 1) We were promised a price that changed. 2) We were told the car came with tints, it did not. 3) We were sold a broken car, battery dies regularly 4) The manager there lacks respect, professionally, and supports dishonest behavior. 5) 2 months later, we still have no plates or registration. The manager blamed me for them having the wrong info. I guess all their behavior is the customers fault. I will add details to this review later. More
