recently took my car to Ramsey Infiniti for a simple oil change - their prompt and thorough inspection uncovered a few other issues. Some of these issues would have become a larger problem if they occurred change - their prompt and thorough inspection uncovered a few other issues. Some of these issues would have become a larger problem if they occurred during summer vacation travel, but because they were found early I will be in good shape . I was provided a loaner car while mine was being repaired - another great Infiniti! As always everyone was very helpful and courteous. I am always confident when I work with this dealer ! More

Superior service every time. I travel a good distance to have my car serviced at Ramsey. The sale on the car was ok however service on the car when it had a problem was a terrible experience never again. They didn’t offer a loner car having me out of a car for weeks nor did they try to help when it had a problem was a terrible experience never again. They didn’t offer a loner car having me out of a car for weeks nor did they try to help me in any way.And this was just a few months after getting the car and they treated me like I wasn’t even a customer. Worst experience ever wouldn’t recommend this place at all. More
