Thank you for sharing your feedback. We truly apologize for any confusion or frustration caused. We understand how important it is for our customers to feel confident about their purchases. Inspection stickers are issued as part of the purchase process when the vehicle is sold. If the sticker was missing at the time, we would have happily assisted you if we had been made aware. However, since your purchase was made two years ago (2023), the length of time that has passed now requires you to have the vehicle inspected in order to have the sticker placed by the authorized inspection agency. As our team explained, we are unable to provide a sticker two years later. We would be happy to assist you with any questions you have regarding the inspection process or any other concerns you may have. Thank you for the explanation and I totally understand that. The concern I have is about the unprofessional nature and rudeness I experienced from Deokie. I also am shocked that a manager of a dealership would be so dismissive of this incident and not even call me back. That is not a company/business I would ever want to return to. I also would never recommend this dealership to anyone.
