The service department was the pits to deal with. I found some of the staff to be unprofessional, dishonest and on top of the keys my car were lost and I was never notified when they were found. Had Jason and he was annoying to deal with. The car was dropped off at 9:00am. Had to wait in a long line before I was taken. He told me the job would take 15 minutes but couldn’t get done till the afterno dropped off at 9:00am. Had to wait in a long line before I was taken. I called to check on status and he forgot about car and said he would get to mine next. Called me a half hour later and said it was done I had less than an hour to pick it up before they closed.
