I brought my car in for a few minor concerns. I received a call from Joan asking me for quiet a bit of money for the repairs. Immediately Joan became agitated an "I dont know that's what the tech said" than continues with "do you want to do the job or not that's what I need to know" no thanks if you can explain what your fixing I'll take my business elsewhere. I dont feel she is capable of being in a customer service position. Possibly cleaning the restrooms would be better no customer interaction. More

Excellent Deal and Pleasent Experience! I was in the market for a certified preowned Jeep. Ramsey Jeep had a good deal listed. I asked the chat rep if it was in stock and he said it was.
