A dealership that is 1 hour and 45 minutes from my home. Our experience seems to correlate with the same experience a few other 1 star yelp posters had. Lured there with one deal, only to be horribly disappointed by their final offer. An offer that the salesman promised would be honored when we arrived. The story we were told on the phone couldn’t have been further from their actual offer. We received an apology from one employee, but what good is an apology at that point. I’m out gas, tolls, time, a potential trade in. But, yeah he’s sorry. Not as sorry as I am after today. We provided every single piece of information prior to our trip there to facilitate a smooth and quick deal. How can you let salesmen set up deals/agreements on the phone and then not honor them when the customer arrives? Never again. Best thing about this place was the live rabbit in a cage in the showroom. Awful service, fixed a transmission that was not even broken. Held on to my car for over a month. Furthermore, said it was the circumference of the tire that was an issue, which proved to be false.
