Waste of time!!!! Worst experience talking to a dealership ever. I reached out this afternoon because I’m looking to lease a Wrangler, looking to buy by tomorrow the la Worst experience talking to a dealership ever. First they lied about their inventory and said they had a color in stock that they didn’t. Well I don’t know if they lied, they might just not know what they have in inventory, I don’t know what’s worse. After picking a vehicle I ask for price and am left speaking with a manager. He said his name was Andy Driscoll. I don’t know what this man manages, but he managed to waste more than an hour of my time. He asked for all my personal information to provide me pricing . I gave my address my number, my email all the info he asked for, which in return he said he would provide pricing. I even picked out a vehicle from their site because I didn’t want any errors, because like I said before they couldn’t even provide me with correct inventory info. After giving him all info provided and going back and forth for him for more than an hour I didn’t even get any information. Not price, not correct inventory NOTHING!!! After pointing out the fact that I never got the info I was looking for, and was looking to buy a car in the next day. He said he should have made me come into the showroom like everybody else. Like he was doing me a favor by wasting my time. Then he asks me what my monthly budget is so he can decide if the car is right for me. Like what?? He wanted to tell me if I could afford it like he was going to be making the monthly payments. I make a good living I don’t need anybody telling me what I can and can’t afford especially a “manager” who can’t even manage his inventory. After pointing out the fact that I was having a horrible experience and I had received no relevant information, Andy decides to tell me that he’s was willing to help me and go the extra mile. Again not asking for much, just looking for pricing so I can pick up the vehicle as soon as possible. He’s offering to go the extra mile but he hasn’t even left the house. Horrible customer service, horrible experience. After an hour going back and forth I still don’t know what they have in stock, and I have no clue how much the car I want to buy tomorrow would go for. Not even a ballpark an idea nothing. I called Paramus after and they were able to provide me with pricing, correct inventory info and I will be picking up my new car tomorrow. Do not waste your time here, the service has gone downhill. My boyfriend actually purchased a car here last year and the experience was much better. The manager at the time Matt/ Mark? I believe his name was, was helpful, knowledgeable. Not at all like my experience today. I will not be going back and I advice working with any other dealership at all. They are unprofessional and have horrible customer service. More

Horrible - The Worst Customer Service Experience Thiis is my 3rd Jeep and I will never buy another one from Ramsey Chrysler Jeep or any other dealership. My car has been in for service for over 4 w Thiis is my 3rd Jeep and I will never buy another one from Ramsey Chrysler Jeep or any other dealership. My car has been in for service for over 4 weeks. I have had to continually follow up with Chris from Service for updates on my car. They have done nothing proactively on their own. They are waiting for a part that is on back order, instead of sourcing the part locally. I have a month's work of Uber expenses in order to get to work. I was not eligible for a loaner which is unheard of. They are unkind, no sense of urgency and could careless how inconvenient and expensive this has been for me. Their Corporate Office is just as bad, no compassion, empathy and they just repeat themselves with the same scripted apology. Overall useless More
