Extremely disappointed. I came in for check engine light. Was given back to me within 2 hours. However the next day came back on. While I was there was told needed new tires and alignment. Went back following day and asked for better price on tires. Actually they went down on price However when they said what was wrong with my vehicle they never told me there was a charge since last visit was under warranty. Now I go to pick up my car expecting to pay 684 what I was quoted and get a bill for almost 900$. Especially telling service rep u was out of work and gave in to get tires. I was very upset to not even be quoted or asked about the problem I was under the assumption was under warranty as well I never had any surprises in the past when I delt with Jason everything was explained and no surprise cost. I am SO happy with my service. I had a horrible experience at Paramus, I called Ramsey from the parking lot. On short staff, they took me immediately. Not only did they do what I needed (oil change experience at Paramus, I called Ramsey from the parking lot. On short staff, they took me immediately. Not only did they do what I needed (oil change which Paramus said they don’t do...what place doesn’t do Stand-alone oil changes!?) then Chris looked in the computer and said j had free oil changes and tire rotations. Something Paramus scammed me on and failed to tell me. I’ll solely be going to Ramsey from now on. I should have trusted my instincts from the beginning and not went to Paramus out of convenience alone. More
