4 months and 5 days my truck was out of service Truck towed in December 29. Sat for a number of days waiting to have it towed to their diesel service center. 2 weeks total before it was taken in t Truck towed in December 29. Sat for a number of days waiting to have it towed to their diesel service center. 2 weeks total before it was taken in to be serviced. They got me a Chrysler 200 to drive - not a truck but wheels. On Feb 10 they called for me to pick it up. Drove it 10 miles and took back as diesel fumes were being pumped into cab. Back in. New service adviser Chris was great and kept me informed. On Feb 13 Chris called and said truck was done but he wanted to test drive it himself. Went two miles and engine blew up. FCA inspector finally come on March 27 and a few days later FCA approved a new engine. Engines on backorder. Chris got furloughed due to virus and I had to keep calling for any info - they did not contact me. Finally engine arrived April 18 but installer out on vacation. May 4 Chris back from furlough and called that my truck was done. Picked it up but they forgot to recharge A/C. They offered to do it on the spot but since it would take 1-1/2 hours I opted to make an appointment on Friday. More
