HORRIBLE FIRST IMPRESSION, NOT WHAT I WAS EXPECTING AS A NEW CUSTOMER, Being new to the area I needed a new local dealer to service My Dodge Ram Laramie Longhorn, my Jeep Cherokee Limited, and My Jeep Wr NEW CUSTOMER, Being new to the area I needed a new local dealer to service My Dodge Ram Laramie Longhorn, my Jeep Cherokee Limited, and My Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. As you can tell by now I'M A "DIE HARD" fan of the product!! I called service today to make an appointment for my jeep Cherokee limited and was told that it would be MORE than 6 weeks out and because I WAS NOT A "CUSTOMER OF THEIRS" and because I DIDN'T PURCHASE ANY OF MY 3 CARS from them, I was "NOT ENTITLED" to a loaner car? REALLY PEOPLE?? I asked the service advisor who makes these ridiculous rules, she responded with, the owner does. I am hoping that's NOT the case? If I ran my company this way I would surely be OUT OF BUSINESS!! THIS PLACE GETS A ""ZERO STAR RATING"" Like Me my son is a BIG FAN of JEEP, He graduated Med school and is ready to purchase a new Jeep Gladiator Rubicon in Black! As you can see by now our family is a BIG believer in the product, However NOT in this dealership! People, I would think twice before stepping foot into this dealer. BTW, I Immediately called another local dealer and was GREETED with a genuine "NO PROBLEM SIR" we can definitely accommodate you! WOW, now that's "REAL" CUSTOMER SERVICE!! After confirming my service appointment for NEXT FRIDAY, I then spoke with a GREAT salesperson who was kind enough to walk me through the process of purchasing my son's NEW Jeep Gladiator Rubicon IN BLACK!! Jim called me several times to keep me posted about the status of my cars. The issue was minor and not as big as I thought I did feel that my car was kept a day longer than it needed to me. Service issue. I schedule an appointment at 9:30 and my car doesn’t even get looked at at 3 when o had to pick up the car. Happens several times. Why should I even make an appointment. My experience at Ramsey Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my automotive career. Your service Adviser, John Esposito conducted himself in an extremely unprofessiona of the worst experiences I have ever had in my automotive career. Your service Adviser, John Esposito conducted himself in an extremely unprofessional manner. after I had purchased my vehicle from your dealership with an aftermarket warranty sold to me by your staff he asked me for extensive amount of additional diagnostic time to be approved for issues that the vehicle did not come to the dealership with any concern of. I explain to him that I was not going to approve any work for an extra amount of allotted Time that did not pertain to the reason the vehicle was being serviced in the first place. John then Asked me why I had purchased this extended warranty after I explain to him that I am a technician in the industry and then told me if I knew how to fix it then I should come to the dealer and pick up my vehicle and do it myself. At which point he hung up the phone on me all the while on a recorded line with the Allstate representative working with me on my claim. This was an extreme inconvenience to me as the vehicle had already been in the dealerships possession for several days needing a tow to their facility And I now need to call to have the vehicle picked up by a tow truck to have the original job completed else where. Again an inconvenience to me as I have now been Without a vehicle for two weeks and to top it all off while the vehicle was at your facility the technician cleared all codes so that the facility that I brought the vehicle to after I had left your dealership was not able to diagnose any issues So now I will have to wait for this problem to happen again and bring the vehicle back to this other facility to have the initial issue fixed that started this whole problem. So this will continue to be a greater inconvenient for me in what will probably be the near future. When I purchased my truck from your dealership I had an extremely unpleasant experience and I will never return to this dealership or ever suggest somebody to ever purchase a vehicle or have service preformed at your facility ever again. This is my third Chrysler product and you can read about the fact that I am a lifelong Chrysler enthusiast in your corporate MOPAR magazine where there was a several page article on my history with Chrysler as a brand and how much I like their vehicles. Your facility is a disgrace to Chrysler as a brand and the people that you employ are very unprofessional both on their sales and service sides. I hope this review makes its way to somebody with some sort of control Overseeing the dealership so that’s some serious changes can be made so that others will not have to deal with the massive amounts of inconvenience and unprofessionalism that I have had in my two interactions with your dealership. I called myself to find out if my car was ready and they tell me they haven’t even looked at it yet and that they will call me back. They never called back and I call back again to see what’s happening. Lady lies that she spoke with someone at my phone number and that someone said they could keep my Jeep till tomorrow. Which was a total lie. Nobody ever called!! They said they need to keep my Jeep so I ask for a loaner car and they claim they don’t have any. Spoke with a manager and they were also no help at all. Their answer is that I can make another appointment. For what so I can take another day off of work for no reason, I don’t think so. Will never be coming back here for anything. More
