When I arrived at the service area, I wasn’t acknowledged for almost 15 mins. A customer that came in after me was assisted before me by a rep that didn’t have his mask on properly. Only 2 reps, including Ji for almost 15 mins. A customer that came in after me was assisted before me by a rep that didn’t have his mask on properly.
