Consultant and manager tried taking advantage of me! It was my first time in the market to purchase a car so i figured I would do my research and see what deals were being offered to me. When I walked in a consultant was on the phone and waved me down as it would just be a moment. Once off the phone the consultant started calling me pet names like love and sweatheart, this made me extremely uncomfortable and not to mention very unprofessional. We then proceeded to look at the car I was interested in... Except the consultant had no idea what model he was looking at. He did not offer me a test drive or even opened up one of the cars for me so i could look inside. When we got back to the desks he brought his manager over and proceeded to throw deals in my face. FAKE DEALS in my face to see if i would bite on one of them. I had made it very clear that i was not interested in making a deal that day, and they proceeded to ask me FIVE times after that if "we had a deal". I was getting so frustrated i said no for the last time and walked out. I felt as if i was walking dollar signs to the consultant and manager, not to mention i felt disrespected as a customer and person! They were trying to take advantage of the fact I was a young woman and it was my first time looking into cars. I would NEVER RECOMEND ANYONE to go to Ramsey Jeep. It was awful customer service, and terrible people working there. I dont know how they stay in business with that kind of customer service, it was waste of my time . DONT GO TO RAMSEY JEEP! HORRIBLE! He didn't try to "upgrade" to features I didn't need, and was very knowledgeable about the trucks. At other dealers I felt they were not listening to my specific requests, and were talking down to a middle-aged woman buying a truck. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the dealership and especially Gregory. More

The way a dealership should be Gregory was my salesman and he was great! I had stopped into the dealership months prior to making my purchase just to get some information and figure Gregory was my salesman and he was great! Knowing I wasn't looking to purchase at the moment, he still spent time with me to help me make my decision. Gregory made me feel comfortable and I knew that when I was ready to purchase he would be my first phone call. I found in the dealer inventory the Wrangler packaged the way I wanted so I contacted Gregory and was able to make the deal over the phone. After work I picked up my Wrangler and absolutely love it! The dealership did not hassle me and gave me a fair price from the start, unlike some dealerships in the area that overpriced the Wrangler significantly. I truly believe I was given the best price possible and will not go to any other dealership after this total great experience. Thanks again Gregory! More

Bad customer service Bought my car here and conpletely regret it. I dont know if they treated us poorly because we were paying for our car in full (therefore their profit Bought my car here and conpletely regret it. First i did not receive any complimentary oil changes which many dealerships give out now as a initiative or thank you for such a large purchase. Also my car was driven from another dealership when it is supposed to be towed to the ramsey dealership; as to not add miles to the vehicle. I received my brand new car with about 600 miles which is absurd. I know that is still considered brand new but the consideration taken by this dealership is minimal. The man who sold us the car was another story. After speaking to friends i realized buying a car should be a much more pleasant experience and that other jeep dealerships for instance the jersey city one, offers 3 free oil changes with your car purchase. Thats the least id like after dropping 25k on a new vehicle. More
