We originally went to a dealership a little closer to our home and left unsatisfied as we did not get an offer we wanted nor did they try to work with us on getting what we desired. When we came to Ramsey we worked with Anthony and in a short time we were driving away with a beautiful Jeep Cherokee that had more features than we had expected we would be getting with our budget in mind. Anthony really gave us a lot of good information on what possible rebates we could get offered and helped us find the right financial fit for the car that we desired. He has been really easy to work with and quick to follow up on any paper work that we had to send over. We'll definitely work with Anthony again when our lease is up. More

Monty in finance made the process smooth and seamless. I picked the busiest time of year to buy a new car, but the staff made it a great experience and never made me feel as if they were trying to rush a sale or get me to jump at something just because they were so busy. They reneged on a deal over a $ 300 key !! BAD BUSINESS We made a deal on a trade in and a vehicle to purchase...They texted us when we were on our way home to get a bank check to pay for the car...The text We made a deal on a trade in and a vehicle to purchase...They texted us when we were on our way home to get a bank check to pay for the car...The text claimed there was only 1 key for $ 27,500 dollar vehicle we were purchasing..... We as the buyers of the car were going to have to shell out another $ 300 to get another key for the car we already AGREED on a price for...They did not tell us about only 1 key at any time of the agreed upon price..... Their reasoning for making us pay for the 2nd key was that they claim "WE BEAT THEM UP SO BAD ON THE SALES PRICE ALREADY" !!!! Can you believe the nerve of these guys ??? Originally, they had the audacity to offer us $ 7,500 for a BMW hardtop convertible which is worth @ $ 15,000 - $ 16,000.... They like beating up and taking advantage of customers...but when the shoe is on the other foot...they dont like it ! We will be buying from Teterboro Chrysler - Jeep More
