The WORST dealership There is NO customer value or respect at this dealership. Jannelly Paralta gave me appointment of 5.30 pm when I called her couple of hours before and I travelled all the way from south to north 130 miles and when I showed up there , she sent someone else to meet me and that person told me that the vehicle was sold the two days before, (SERIOUSLY 😳)when I called the manager , he showed up 20 minutes later and told me he can’t do anything and I must leave. What can you expect from a dealership where they have the dummies and idiots like Jannelly who doesn’t perform their job with dignity and loyalty and waste their customer’s valuable time and $$.
