New Manager trying to upgrade the Service Department Heater failed. Had to wait a month for an appt. They had it for 4 weeks. Couldn't find issue. Finally figured it out and fixed blower motor. They Heater failed. Had to wait a month for an appt. They had it for 4 weeks. Couldn't find issue. Finally figured it out and fixed blower motor. They failed to make sure the AC works too. Have a ceased compressor. Have to wait another 3 weeks to bring it back in. They also continuously tell me I need brakes when I don't. I always check with my mechanic after jeep does work on my truck. UPDATE: I spoke with Ron the Service Manager and he has assured me that past issues will not happen again. He has promised to follow my next service in 2 weeks to have my truck running properly and in a timely manner. Assuming things go as promised, I will change my rating to reflect it. UPDATE 2: Waited the 3 weeks to bring my truck back. Was shocked to get a call the next afternoon that my truck was ready!!! Woo Hoo! Ron waived the deductible fee. First time service hasn't taken between 1 and 4 weeks. Air Conditioning and Heating are now working properly. Unfortunately, now she has a tremor in park and won't get out of her own way when accelerating. Wasn't like that before I brought it in for the fan motor. Just very happy to have heat and air now! Looks like Ron is working diligently to upgrade his service department. They desperately need it. Thank you and Good Luck Ron! More

Never buying another Dodge or Jeep EVER AGAIN. Brought my 2015 Dodge Durango because my service airbag light came on. Despite being under the mileage warranty, I missed the time warranty by a few Brought my 2015 Dodge Durango because my service airbag light came on. Despite being under the mileage warranty, I missed the time warranty by a few months. I was told there was a great chance that Dodge would do the right thing and help me out with the $1100 bill I received. Because the customer service rep discounted my bill by 10%, Dodge proceeded to tell me that he couldn't offer anymore money back. Had the service representative not given me off 10%, I would have received much more off later on...this is something that should have been known and communicated to me! So after buying 2 cars from this company, I get told that my airbags are now not working and I need to spend $1100 to fix it AND I have a newborn coming in a few days so I needed to get it fixed. This company should be ASHAMED of how they treat a loyal customer. Additionally, how can airbags just suddenly stop working when the car was never in an accident. This is borderline criminal. More
Horrible service experience Took my car for its first oil change which in the past Witt my other jeeps from here have always been free. The salesman who helped me ended up paying for me that’s why it was “free” Anyway, I got the car it’s oil change I January. 2 weeks later I noticed my car kept stoping while I was driving and the emergency brake would randomly go on. VERY scary for me and especially my 5 year old. I had to wait a few weeks for a service appointment despite be dangerous because they didn’t have a loaner for me. The day I dropped my compass off (Friday) for service they gave me a giant mini van which was a little ridiculous since I’ve never driven something that big, Raul checked my oil and said maybe they put the wrong one in the car (which is ridiculous). On Tuesday Raul called me asking if it was ok to do an oil change because they have to do that to run and see what’s wrong with the car. I said of course. When I picked up the car Tuesday he told me I had to pay for it, the car burned the oil and that was the problem. I told him I just had the car’s oil changes the month before! It hasn’t even been 1,000 miles!!! Every time I said something her had an answer. He said maybe it burned the oil because I had the car running a lot! I drive my car to work and back! How am I possibly burning that much oil in 3 weeks?!? Am I going to need an oil change every month that means I asked? They clearly messed up the first oil change!! I shouldn’t have been charged for the second one. They could seriously care less. Also I had to go out with my car seat and bags both hands full to go get my car. They couldn’t even pull it up for me or even wash it !!! This is my 4 Jeep from Ramsey Jeep and I can honestly say I will not be coming back for service or to even release a new car More
