dent repair I went to service for an appt. to have a dent pushed out. I had an appt. prior week but repair person did not come. rescheduled this week and advise I went to service for an appt. to have a dent pushed out. I had an appt. prior week but repair person did not come. rescheduled this week and advised it could not be done. there were two dents of which one I knew couldn't be fixed. the repairable one was denied due to size..it was only needing a push out and about 4 inches. never advised when I secured this extra insurance on size restraints. Feel as if cheeted . i called Finance and was put through to VM. called back and was put through to monte who when i called back for 3rd time was told he was on vacation. finally spoke to trevor who was going to investigate and then when i didnt hear back i went to get vehicle and talk in person. trevor said he would get back to me. still waiting. More
