My last time at the service center I mentioned an issue that I am noticing with the transmission. I was told that the person that tested it out did not notice any issues, however on a previous visit the person at that time said he noticed it immediately. It is the same issue that was not fixed the first time. I will be go iij ng to another dealership for future service. Joan Murphy was very nice and her customer service was excellent. Weekend Work? Brought my car in on this past Friday with a 10:30 appt. Received a diagnostic call approx 3:30pm and told my car won’t be ready until Monday. I asked why I’m getting a call at 3:30 with a 10:30 appt, and never really got an answer. But My main concern is that I was told the mechanic who was going to work on the car won’t be in until Monday. The weekend weather without my Jeep was fantastic and wish I had the vehicle to take off the top. But I took it for what it’s worth since warranty was going to cover my repair. I then received a call around 8:30am Monday morning informing me my car was ready. I asked how is it ready since I was told the repair takes 2-3 hours and was told it was worked on Saturday. Thus in my opinion there was poor communication between Joan and the mechanic. More
