Excellent Experience Every employee I dealt with was very friendly and professional. They were able to help me get out of a tough situation. They made sure I was aware of where I stood and what all my options were. I finally felt that I was being taken seriously about my inquiry and not feeling like I was being pushed around nor being given the run around. They were straight forward about the information they were giving me. When it was time to move forward after choosing the Jeep I wanted and got all the details ironed out, they were very through and efficient during the whole process. I was able to walk out of the dealership with a smile on my face and a weight lifted off my shoulders. Meagan was absolutely great and made sure I knew every feature of my Jeep before sending me on my way. Overall, I can't thank everyone I encountered there enough for getting me into my new Jeep. More
Terrible customer service New car received with scratches on body. After leaving car for 2 weeks to be repaired new scratches appeared and no work was done on addressing the f New car received with scratches on body. There was absolutely no consideration for how we felt as the customer. When we agreed to accept what couldn’t be fixed we witnessed the sales team “high fiving” on how they had solved our complaint. - total disrespect for them to do this in front of the customer. I have never experienced such bad customer service and manners. Totally different experience compared to Volkswagen, Ford and Honda who valued us as a customer and showed respect & manners. More

Is Extortion the word?? After approx 5 service visits complaining of same thing, “tech” finally agrees and finds problem I’ve been reporting ( gearbox) for over two years... After approx 5 service visits complaining of same thing, “tech” finally agrees and finds problem I’ve been reporting ( gearbox) for over two years... Forced me into replacing a clutch they (Ramsey CDJ) replaced previously with approx. 12k mikes on it as I was told, “The tech won’t replace the gearbox ( primary problem) if you also don’t replace the clutch”. After numerous times stating how there was something wrong with gearbox ( shifting) and there is documentation of it mentioned in my visits, I was basically told, “replace the clutch too, or we’re not fixing your car”. When I asked how the other techs did not Find this issue, I was told “they were fired/no longer with Ramsey CDJ ( calling TOTAL BS on that)... Anyway, they did me a “favor” by reducing the “labor time” and “discounting” parts to the tune of approx $1400. NB: Michelin is a programme that is widely used in MANY mechanics’ shops to provide estimates and work orders. The Michelin programme recommendations for my 2013 Jeep Wrangler on the hourly amount to complete a clutch job was approximately 5.5 hours. Ramsey CDJ time is a fluffed to 10 hours with their supposed experts... LOOK IT UP!!! This place is a total un-ethical dealership. More
