Unpleasant experience I purchased a used Wrangler a little over a year ago. When i came In to see the Jeep It was exactly what i was Looking for apparently they never check I purchased a used Wrangler a little over a year ago. When i came In to see the Jeep It was exactly what i was Looking for apparently they never checked the Jeep over before selling it to me.We were told the Jeep came with a warranty.... My first experience back for service was less then adequate. I came In for the soft top leaking, TPMS light, check engine light on, and ticking from the right side of the engine. When i picked The Jeep up i was told the top was replaced?? It still had the same stains in it and still leaked. The engine noise they said was normal?? We took the Jeep and the engine noise got worse We brought it back and got it jammed up my xxx for $1115.00 that’s just part of it. Way too much to list. I will Never be back and i will make sure that I do not recommend this dealer to anyone. More

Poor communication Brought in jeep with airbag indicated light on, part was ordered but I was never notified the part was in. After a misdiagnosis it was determined a recall was the problem, new part was delivered and jeep was repaired after a 3 day wait. This was the second instance my time was not valued as important.
